Crucifixion Of The Vestal Virgins
The Grand Parade has now finished and the show is well under way and...Oh I say..what a surprise. I do believe that is Gegonia being crucified and whipped and...what is that torturess going to do with that hot iron!!. Well I can only say that this is a real turn up for the books. Gegonia being crucified for our entertainment. She is, or rather soon to be..was..one of the leading Vestal Virgins whose main purpose for something like thirty years is to keep the sacred fire of the Goddess Vesta well maintained. What on Earth has she done to end up nailed to a piece of wood surrounded by bloodthirsty bitches ready and willing to spill every corpuscle running through her veins? I must consult my tablet..hmmmm...perhaps letting the fire out?...no I don't think so. Perhaps preparing rubbish food for a ritual?..maybe not...wait a minute. Incestium! Not what you may think. It's simply breaking your vow of celibacy and the punishment according to my tablet is..

Well if it wasn't Incestium then what was it? Wait!! An announcement is being made. Ceasar has just declared that Rome can no longer afford the pensions of these so called Vestal Virgins and the upkeep of their College. The have had it cushy for far too long at our expense and besides they always nab the best seats at the Colosseum. Well now those toffee nosed frigid little bitches can jolly well provide us with some real entertainment...so there.
So there we are. Maybe five or six more to go!!

Oh, well ... those best seats at the Colosseum, formerly occupied by the Virgins, are going for a premium, as is every other seat in the place.
