Isabel's scourging continues!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01061023.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with the merciless scourging of Isabel who looses count of how many lashes she's receiving. For a short time she counted them. Something about Torquemada whispering in her ear about the 39 lashes that were one short of killing someone. She's sure her back has the marks of many more than that, she can feel the warm blood running down her sweaty backside.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01064919.jpg

Torquemada asks, “Do you repent for your father’s death?” Isabel remains defiant, smiling slightly and shaking her head with a “no, no.” There’s more lashing, rape, and anguish before the film’s denouement.

Dani and Jac are very busy setting up the set for Cage while, at the same time, Jac is busy designing the props for Maleficarum II. In an exchange with our first and earliest supporter of the new inquisition movie, I described the process thus:

Dani needs some training, like Bea did, or Mila. So they will be working in a couple of quick stories where Jac will torture Dani in the tradition of Agent X. While they do that, we're working on the props and location scouting for Maleficarum II. We have the wooden post, it's very big and imposing, the intention is to test it once all the gadgets have been attached to it. It has to serve for a crucifixion too.

We have a couple of options in the wood section for the yoke. Jac is deciding the look of it. Another very important prop, the New Wheel, is also under study. The size is very important. One suggestion was to use half a wheel, the large one, and use it as a rack. It would be stationary. The victim would be on top of it, her legs attached to the ground in one side, and a rack pulley would stretch her, her back totally arched, her head practically hanging off. The moving wheel is becoming a bit more difficult to manage because of the weight of the body pulling it. It would need a lot of engineering, I think.

Isabel's scourging comes to a bloody end ...

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01090916.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with the merciless scourging of Isabel coming to a painful and bloody end, but her torture is not over. Isabel will have a brief respite on her ordeal, all too brief.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01092405.jpg

The Passion of Isabel sticks with its erotic theme throughout. (...) For instance, food is important imagery. Torquemada teases Isabel with water to replenish her energy and eventually brings her rudimentary nourishment after he has kept her confined for two days. She’s offered an apple and a small loaf of bread, both highly sexualized symbols. Eating is a Freudian symbol for sex. Isabel is capitulating to his sexual control over her. When he tempts her with the apple in an Adam and Eve reversal, Isabel looks into his eyes with submission in hers.

The set for Cage is almost ready. Dani and Jac will now begin a series of tests in the set to begin working on one or two training videos before we produce the feature films Cage and Maleficarum II. They both are in a very exciting mood. Dani can't wait to see how far she can go to match the performances she admires so much. She's very much impressed with Bea after catching a glimpse of Passion, which she hasn't seen yet. She will watch Bea's latest after she herself suffers one or two days of merciless torture.

Isabel Returns To The Wheel

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01100809.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada taking Isabel back to The Wheel of Pain where she will be fasten on top of it, her arms and legs spread apart, her body open wide for more torture.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01101700.jpg

As a foreboding of her death, Torquemada hangs Isabel in another erotic act. He stretches out her neck with the chain attached to the collar, once again suppressing her breathing and intensifying her sexual experience as he takes control of her soul.

Time flies, the saying goes. It's been two years to the day, when on December 16, 2015, we completed the highly controversial film JUSTINE. It's also two years ago, the day after we wrapped the most impressive De Sade movie that Amy left Bolivia for the US and hasn't returned to these parts since.

Two years where we had Two New Releases. JUSTINE and The Passion of Isabel. Both films leading our sales. We had a few productions as well. A documentary for NatGeo, The Passion and three music videos. One of them shot only yesterday. And now, as the year ends, we're about to embark in new cinematic adventures. A couple of Training of Danielle movies, Cage and Maleficarum II. There's more, of course, but we'll start with those, and from what happened yesterday, where the music video took a couple of hours to shoot, a video with at least 15 actors, I can see that Jac and our crew are in top form.

Isabel Whipped On The Wheel

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01115917.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada whipping Isabel again, and again using the painful scourge to do it. Isabel is tied to The Wheel of Pain and as she rotates, the lash falls on her tenderised flesh, cutting the skin, bringing out blood.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01125114.jpg

Eating is a Freudian symbol for sex. Isabel is capitulating to his sexual control over her. When he tempts her with the apple in an Adam and Eve reversal, Isabel looks into his eyes with submission in hers. Torquemada leaves the apple so she can feed herself in an act that implies dependence and obedience. He controls his prisoner totally now and wants her strong enough to endure the abuse she will suffer. Taking the food from Isabel, Torquemada stands her up for the first round of punishment, the exquisite whipping scene mentioned in Part One of this review.

From a discussion about Maleficarum II between our first strong supporter, who goes by the name of Pícaro at the Red Feline Club, and myself:

It is truly breathtaking and, more importantly, it is entirely within your paradigm of scenes. Frontal whipping like Amy did in many of the Red Feline videos, in particular Via Crucis of Jane- Crux 1 and Red Room. However, this scene is a whole lot more in keeping with the inquisition theme of Maleficarum II. Allow me to present a case for including it as one of what I am sure will be many whipping scenes in M-II.

I passed your suggestion to Jac and I saw the clip you mentioned. The scene is intense, yes, but rather short, right? If Jac were to shoot a similar scene it would last a very long time. It's not clear what is going on in that scene, but with a bit of imagination a complete picture pops up. It brings back the scene of Bea on the rim of The Wheel in The Passion, where her body rests on the ropes between her legs and not her wrists. In my opinion, that scene in The Passion is one of the best scenes Jac shot.

We're having what I can refer to as an epistolary exchange where ideas, suggestions, plans, go back and forth while Jac prepares the shooting of what should be a great follow up to our best seller of ALL TIME, that great film MALEFICARUM.

Isabel Mercilessly Whipped On The Wheel ... Still!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01132208.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada whipping Isabel, testing her limits, mercilessly cutting her body with the sharp metal strips of the scourge. Isabel is beyond pain, the intense suffering has taken over her entire body. She feels the sting of the lash ripping her flesh, she feels the pressure her body exerts on her limbs as they are pulled down by the weight of her body as it rotates on The Wheel Of Pain, her ankles and wrist pressed by her harsh bonds at every turn. Isabel hopes for the end to come swiftly to bring relieve to her ordeals.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01132720.jpg

As a foreboding of her death, Torquemada hangs Isabel in another erotic act. He stretches out her neck with the chain attached to the collar, once again suppressing her breathing and intensifying her sexual experience as he takes control of her soul.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01134121.jpg

From a discussion about Maleficarum II at the Red Feline Club:

provost Hello, Margot, Jac, and company! Yes, that is welcome news…. I have the sense that you have more high-quality material than you realize, and that if you shape it a bit and make it available there will be interest. Let’s see… Delighted to learn that planning has begun in earnest for Malificarum2! Some photos of the star(s)–portraits, casual, whatever–would stimulate conversation and start the suggestions flowing. I’d like to see her feet put to the fire–a classic inquisitional treatment that may be easier to accomplish than Amy’s stunning full-body roasting.. and soles sensitized by the flames are prepared for the bastinado. A few revealing photos of the star(s) of M2 would surely stimulate discussion and suggestions.

We have a lot of material to share. The idea behind the re activation of the Red Feline Club is to bring the past, the present and the future to the fore. It’s a bit early to know what will be included in Maleficarum II. We have the commitment of one strong supporter for the scene I’ll be discussing here in future posts. But the picture I put in the heading of Maleficarum II – The Seeds shows one possibility where putting the feet of one of the naughty nuns to the fire would be a good idea.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01141222.jpg

And so, the torture continues!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01142411.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada inserting the sharp Stiletto into Isabel's body. Torquemada pierces her flesh with the needle-like point, slender blade, it's tip penetrates deep under her breast, in between her ribs, into the soft side over her hips. The warm blood runs down her cold skin. Isabel[/b[ knows that none of the wounds the stiletto is causing will bring her peace

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01150407.jpg

From the discussion Maleficarum II - The Seeds at the Red Feline Club:

Seven years ago, Amy and Jac were preparing to shoot two films, Amy’s second feature, Barbazul, and Jac’s new script La Jaula De Dolores (Dolores’ Cage). It was early October 2010, they were pre producing both films, casting, location scouting and so forth. They had a new actress, Mila Joya, who was training with Jac for a role in Cage, and who was also going to be in Barbazul if she passed Amy’s casting.

Amy’s first film, the highly controversial Sirwiñakuy, was on its fourth month on the big screen, so things were kind of exciting then. It was just about that time that Amy received an email from a very strange dwarf that goes by the name of Ralphus. He had an offer. The little man’s offer was simple. I’ll give you some good cash if you make an inquisition movie with one particular torture in it. The idea was to have one of the accused tied to a contraption that would go around and around on top of very hot coals. A barbecue scene of sorts. Amy took the challenge, she designed the apparatus and a new film was born, Maleficarum!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01164515.jpg

More from the discussion about Maleficarum II - The Seeds at the Red Feline Club:

Pícaro So back to the story, the woman is tied to a post BUT it is very apparent (obvious in the U Tube segment) that she is straddling a bar or piece of some sort between her legs. Her wrists are tied over her head but notice how her elbows are not stretched, they are bent and are not supporting her weight. Her weight is resting almost entirely on the bar between her legs (an economical version of the wooden horse).

Brings back fantastic recollections of Amy on the horse in Maleficarum, doesn’t it? That she is sitting hard on the bar should be very apparent when you look at how straight her legs are. Although you can’t see her feet, I would guarantee you her ankles have been tied together and either secured to the bottom of the post with her feet off the floor OR with weights attached to them.

Again, you all have done this before (quite amazingly, I might add). In addition to sitting on the bar, a rope has been tied around her neck and the post then cinched behind the woman’s head. That cannot be for any other reason than to keep her upright and from leaning from one side to the other……….. to keep her in place for the whip. A very diabolical position, one that would be extremely easy to duplicate but yet be breathtakingly effective and appropriate to Maleficarum II.

I am so convinced of that I am willing to say I will pay for a large part of the scene (perhaps all if it is not to expensive) if you are willing to include it in the film The only thing I would expect is that is the longest whipping scene in the movie. (A fainting and water in the face revival might be in order).

As far as how much a scene costs, that’s a bit more difficult to assess, but to give you an example, if the entire movie costs 50,000, for 90 minutes of screen time, we can figured that one minute costs around 600 dollars. A scene, in our case, is the complete action that takes place during one torture session. In Maleficarum a complete torture scene would be something like the Wooden Horse. I’m not sure how long the scene is, but lets say that it lasts 10 minutes from the very beginning to the time Amy is off the horse. That scene would cost 6,000.

HAPPY HOLIDAYS TO ALL!

The Stiletto Continues Breaking Through Isabel's Tender Flesh!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01153923.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada pricking Isabel's breast, side, torso. Isabel's wounds bleed slowly, the stiletto goes in deep, but not deep enough. Isabel's breathing is made increasingly difficult because her body is practically hanging upside down most of the time she is tortured with the stiletto. Her mind jumps in between two worlds, at times trying to escape to a safe place where there's only darkness, silence and nothingness, but most of the time she's brusquely pulled back to the reality of her pain.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01162322.jpg

From the discussion Maleficarum II - The Seeds _ Part II at the Red Feline Club:

The conversation with Pícaro continues and it creates the conditions for a new production. It's worth reading. There are many references to past movies so I'm inclined to illustrate this conversation with pictures from the recent past. One film in particular is discussed a lot, our best seller of all time Maleficarum.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01180223.jpg

More from the discussion about Maleficarum II - The Seeds - Part II at the Red Feline Club[/color]:

Pícaro Hello again, Margot.*Thank you for your reply. I must say you have*IGNITED*my enthusiasm to support of*Maleficarum II*in a significant way. I am*extremely pleased*to know Jac likes it enough to include it in*Maleficarum II Yes, I totally agree with you, the whipping scene is extremely intense and, if done*in only the way you all can, could be iconic. It goes with out saying the clip on U-Tube was pitifully too short. However, that was just what was on U-Tube, the original may have been longer. Regardless, the image was there. It provided the basic idea for a much LONGER and MORE INTENSE scene that*only you all can achieve. You are precisely correct, it must be MUCH LONGER and MORE DETAILED and MORE INTENSE. MUCH MORE of EVERYTHING!

(...)

As for general funding, have in mind a contribution of 5K or so. That should fund at least the whipping scene. Perhaps you could compel Ralphus to match that figure

(Ralphus was the one inspiring force that made Maleficarum possible, his contribution carries on to this day)

Hello Pícaro, Maleficarum II*is very much a high probability. It wasn't so a couple of months ago because Jac didn't have the principal cast willing to get into this film. It's easy to get a big cast for any film, but not so for our films. Danielle was willing to be part of it, even to go through a lot of torture, but for Jac that wasn't enough. After shooting Passion, Bea was reluctant to go at it again, but something happened a few weeks ago, that made Bea reconsider. I don't know what, but suddenly, one afternoon, over tea, Bea told Jac that she would be willing to be in Maleficarum II.

The Crucifixion of Isabel Begins!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01190115.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Torquemada nailing Isabel's hands and feet to The Wheel of Pain. Isabel is no longer upside down, the weight of her body rests on her feet, her wrists feel the ropes tighten when she moves. Torquemada grabs her foot, moves it in position. Isabel feels the hard and sharp point of a rusty nail on top of her foot. She trembles in fear for what is to come as she sees Torquemada raise a hammer to bring it down with force against the nail. Isabel cries in pain as the nail breaks through her flesh and bones.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01191703.jpg

When Torquemada is done nailing both of Isabel's feet to the rim of the Wheel of Pain, he rotates it making Isabel go a few turns around. As she is again upside down, she can feel her body pulling her down, her feet held by the nails now, The pain is excruciating and it's not over. Isabel feels how Torquemada opens the palm of her hand and places the tip of a nail in the center of it.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01194722.jpg

In the final crucifixion, Isabel is subjected to probes with sharp objects (the medieval test for witches) and the pressure belt to add to her torment. Torquemada nails her feet and hands and rotates the wheel so that Isabel goes from the upright Christ position to the upside-down configuration of St. Peter.

From the discussion Maleficarum II - The Seeds Part III at the Red Feline Club:

As I mentioned before, Maleficarum II - Monxa Mala was a project in Jac's mind as a possible movie for the future with a big MAYBE written on the top of the virtual page in his brain. What was preventing it to enter the pre-production phase, that step that takes a project out of the "in development" limbo to turn it into a THING, were a few unresolved issues, to name a few, the cast, the crew and the budget. The script was lingering there. It's easy to write a script when you have a muse and a star to carry the day, as it was with Maleficarum. Jac thought of that inquisition film with Amy in mind for the lead character and he didn't even write a script for it. He wrote the testimonies, a bit of dialogue to set the beginning of the film and then off he went to direct the film, making up the story as he went along. A work of genius.

(...)

The first Maleficarum is a success, and that reason alone kept the possibility of a new inquisition movie alive and under consideration for the coming year. Almost two months ago I started an epistolary exchange with Pícaro, which I've been publishing, at least parts of it. Then this email arrived:

Pícaro OK, Margot. Thanks for the update. A LOT of STUFF to digest. However, distilling it, are you saying it would put the start of M-II production "over the top" and into reality if I made the 5k available before the first of the year rather than in 2/18? that is possible.!

Hello Pícaro, I like where this is going, most encouraging. What would bring M-II "over the top" is available funds to secure some of the critical things we would need. Signing contracts with actresses is what seals the deal, the same goes for securing locations and building props. (...).

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO ALL!

2017 is Gone, Welcome 2018!

PygmalionVidCap01083710.jpg

The year 2017 is over and it's that time where we need to make an evaluation of what kind of year we had. In our case the past year was one of re structuring, of setting up new goals, re building. Unlike 2016, which turned out to be a transition year, when the changes that began at the end of 2015 did not feel real. In 2017 they were all too real. Nothing was the same and we had to deal with that somehow. The year began with a big question, Now What? Amy was definitely settling in the US, taking charge of the film studies at a university, Mila set up her Tattoo shop, Miguel, our DP took a job as head photographer at a magazine and just like that our principal cast and crew was a lot smaller than it had been for a decade of tremendous work. Truly, it was the end of an era.

At the beginning of the year, during a commissioned interview for a series of articles about the leading ladies in our recent films, that is Amy, Mila and Bea, Jac asked Bea if she would do another film like JUSTINE. Bea said yes and soon after The Passion of Isabel began production without a crew and with the limited cast of two, who were also in charge of all of the work. By the end of March the production of The Passion of Isabel was completed.

The rest of the year was concentrated in the post production of The Passion of Isabel and Pygmalion. The Passion of Isabel was released in August and became our number one seller and it continues to be. Pygmalion is ready for its release but it will be submitted to a number of festivals first.

PassionPosterOfficial.jpg

During the year, while producing The Passion of Isabel, Jac suffered the passing of his father, who was 85. That tragedy marked the rest of the year. It somehow slowed things for Jac, who although was very much involved in the post production of the two projects I mentioned, was suddenly filled with a deep sense of loss. It brought back the reality of not having Amy around like before, the reality of the times that were gone, the end of the cycle, all of that came rushing in at once.

But by the middle of the year Jac shook all that off, made peace with the new realities in his life and began to look forward to the future. A request from the Cinemateca to organize a Horror Film Festival helped him to focus ahead, rather than behind and after experimenting with that idea, decided that it was not a good one and turned his attention to new projects. He picked an old script, Cage, and began working on it. Maleficarum II was also in his mind, and a sudden offer of good cash for it, brought it up to the top.

2017 also brought the theatrical release of JUSTINE here and one of the direct results of that event was that it attracted the attention and interest of Danielle, who because loved that film so much that decided to contact Jac with the hopes of working in one of his films. After a couple of meetings and a photo shoot, she joined Jac and our team and she's looking forward to be tortured in a few films.

TrainingDani_3162.jpg

In essence 2017 was a time of loss and a time to set the ground for a renewal. Everything will have to be renewed. The cast, the crew, the outlook on projects, everything. 2018 will have to be the year that starts a totally New Cycle. It doesn't have a name yet. Too early to tell who will dominate the next cycle. I thought that perhaps Bea was the one and that the cycle began with The Passion, but I no longer feel that. I don't know what the new cycle will be like and I don't know who will be the main protagonist.

2018 is also an anniversary year. In a few days it will be 20 years since Jac and Camille released Red Feline on The Cross and created Red Feline Pictures, better known as RFPIX, and began the rfpix.com site. 20 years of Red Feline. Two decades of tireless work of GIMP, torture and Kink. 20 years of beautiful ladies suffering the whip, the cross, the rack, the stake, the wheel. 20 years!

Camille97PhotoShoot01008.jpg

The end of 2017 also shows what the tendency was in sales. The Passion of Isabel retained the best seller status for the year, followed by JUSTINE while Maleficarum remained in its solid third place. The rest of the films in our ten best sellers list did not change much, perhaps the order, but all them retained their place. The Big Budget films continue to be the big sellers, with the exception of Agent X and now The Passion of Isabel.

1.- The Passion of Isabel - 1127 points
2.- JUSTINE - 1014 points
3.- Maleficarum - 560 points
4.- Le Marquis de la Croix - 222 points
5.- BARBAZUL - 192 points
6.- Dead But Dreaming - 128 points
7.- Martyr - 122 points
8.- Sirwiñakuy - 110 points
9.- Agent X - 99 points
10.- Olalla - 88 points

Fear not, I will not return to mentioning our best seller list every month like I did before, as a matter of fact, after I'm done telling the story of The Passion of Isabel in images in a two or three more posts, I will take a break, maybe a long break. We decided that a lot more attention must be placed to our websites:

Isabel Crucified!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01201711.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with the nailing of Isabel to the Wheel of Pain. Isabel's screams of pain bounce off the thick wall of the dungeon. Torquemada show's no mercy as he places the nails on the palms of her hands and hammers them until the metal spikes break through flesh, bones and through the wood underneath.

When Torquemada is done hammering, he turns the wheel a few times to make sure the nails will hold her body on it. Isabel feels her body pulling on the nailed hands and feet at every turn of the wheel. The wheel turns, sometimes slow, sometime fast, bringing renewed pain every time. Isabel begs for the end to come. Her pleas go unheard.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01205717.jpg

In Part One of this review, I pointed out the difference between the three tortured women in Red Feline/Pachamama Productions I’ve reviewed. Bea’s performance in Isabel clearly delineates how differently she handles the erotic role of the tortured female from Amy Hesketh and Mila Joya. Bea is not horror-oriented as is Amy. Her pain is internalized so that crying out and screaming is not reflective of how she portrays pain. Likewise, she is not the submissive and docile character that appeals to Mila. Bea is defiant and in many ways totally feminist. The magic of a Jac Avila film library allows the viewer to choose and appreciate the different ways talented actresses approach their masochistic roles and the brutal situations they find themselves in. As for Bea in The Passion of Isabel, she yields in the end, but the viewer gets the feeling that her heart never really stops beating.

From the the post 1998 – 2018 - 20 Years of Red Feline! at the Red Feline Club:
http://redfeline.com/members/

New York in January 1998 was, as it always is in winter, very cold. Camille and JJ were living in a basement apartment in Long Island City. The days were short and nights were long. For a couple of weeks that winter, Jac rented a post production studio to work on the final touches for Red Feline on the Cross. The film he and Camille made the year before in La Paz. Back in the day, to edit a film you needed a post production studio with at least three recorders, two monitors and a mix board. Everything was done manually, recording from tape to tape. All the original material of Red Feline on the Cross was on many UMatic, 3/4 inch Sony video tapes. Each camera tape was 20 min long. The edited movie was in two tapes of 60 minutes each. The actual film was about 90 minutes long.

To save a good amount of money, Jac rented the studio at night, night rates were much lower. He took the hours from 7 pm to 4 am to work on the film. For almost a month, from December 97 to January 98 Camille and Jac lived like vampires, awake at night, sleeping all day. The dungeon like basement crypt they were living in was appropriate to their time. It had no windows, so there was no light coming in from the outside during the day. For those four weeks they didn’t see the light of day. Yes, vampires they were.

Isabel Crucified and Tortured!

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01251709.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Isabel nailed to the Wheel of Pain and tortured even more. Torquemada is far from done with poor Isabel, he means to bring her to the ultimate suffering, slowly, making her last as long as her body can last in her painful death agonies.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01252816.jpg

From the the post Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala - The Seeds, Part IV at the Red Feline Club:
http://redfeline.com/members/

The epistolary exchange between Pícaro and myself continued and a commitment was beginning to get solid with the offer of immediate cash. When our next email exchange came, it moved things very close to give Maleficarum II the green light and to take it into preproduction. I had one question in my mind. Will we be able to raise the rest of the money in time?

Suddenly we were back in what was the norm before Amy left for the US.

Amy was and IS a driving force in our troupe. The exchange of ideas between her and Jac were and are always productive, but since she now lives in the US and her time is limited, all those conversations they had, all the bouncing off of ideas from each other, all the making of plans are, in a way, in Jac’s hands alone.

MaleficarumMakingOf_4537.jpg

Pícaro Hello again Margot, I am VERY EXCITED about doing a “teaser” clip with Bea on the post and Danielle in the yoke. TERRIFIC idea. So, I like your idea of an advance of $3K to include the cost of the yoke. I am a little hesitant to get into an “open ended” commitment on the yoke. I want to fund it but lets limit my commitment to $200. Honestly that should cover it unless you are going to use Leonardo to fabricate it! That being said, I am willing to make an initial contribution of $3K. (…)

A solid offer was made, a partial deposit of what is practically 10% of the new inquisition film’s budget. There’s only one way to go from there, FORWARD. When we received less than that for the first Maleficarum movie, things began to move fairly quickly. At that time, the offer of cash came with one stipulation, an apparatus to be used to rotate Amy over hot coals. The contraption was designed by Amy herself. My response to Pícaro, after his very generous offer, was quick enough:

Hello Pícaro, Those funds would put M II on the road instantly. I don’t have the cost of the yoke yet. If you can advance 3,000, that would certainly cover it, and when we do get the cost of it, we can deduct from what would be left over. Something like that. (...).

And so, it was settled. Cash for a new production was forthcoming and that decided what was next in our production plans, just like 7 years ago, when an offer of nice cash began the preproduction for Maleficarum.

Isabel Waits For The End

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01264622.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Isabel left to spend the night nailed to the wheel and upside down. After a long agonizing sleepless night, Isabel's bonds are removed, the wheel is set upright, she's held to it only by the nails.

Hardly conscious, Isabel awaits for what Torquemada has prepared for her.

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01272413.jpg

Waylon Is this Bea or a new model for Red Feline? D. Santorum Waylon - That's Mila Joya. She's been in several of Jac and Amy's films. And from what Margot is saying, she may not be in any more.

I'm posting pictures from the making of Maleficarum in my discussions at the club. And yes, that's Mila in the picture from a scene that was not used in the famous inquisition film. During the shooting of that particular scene, where Mila is whipped, the intention was to then burn her with the hot iron, which was in the process of getting prepared. A nice fire was burning on the side to heat said iron. The fire got out of control, filling the dungeon with smoke to the point that it became dangerous. Everyone had to leave the place and the air extractor was turned on, it's very noisy, t0 get all that smoke out and vent the place. Shooting resumed the next day, the scene had to be re shot completely.

I have from good authority that Mila and Jac had a meeting recently where apparently Mila expressed her willingness to return to acting.

The long exchange between Pícaro, our first large contributor to the new film, and myself continues. I'm sharing that conversation in the Red Feline Club as Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala enters the preproduction stage:

From the the post Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala - Baby Steps at theRed Feline Club:
http://redfeline.com/members/

Once we have access to the funds we would start having the props built. I don’t have an estimation of the time it will take for all three of the main props to be ready. We want to show at least a bit of the new Wheel on the clip. I will have that information after we talk to our prop designer, the man that built the wheel for Justine, he’s very good at what he does, a true artist, although I would never say that he’s up to good old Leonardo’s reputation. The only one in our team who can claim to be up in in the artist’s Olympus is Jac, he’s a true Vermeer after all. (...).

Pícaro I am most interested in the “new wheel”. Though smaller but as a stretching device it offers great potential. Nancy suffering on it would be FANTASTIC! (and I haven’t even seen her topless much less nude yet…..hope springs eternal!)

The initial funds were made available tu us and the work for Maleficarum II began. All the materials for some of the new props are ready and the work of making them is underway. The Old Wheel from JUSTINE and The Passion of Isabel is no more, it was disassemble completely.

I can see that the good old wheel made a good impression as GabrieleKnight used a picture from The Passion for her CHRISTINA OF BOLSENA TORTURED ON THE WHEEL image.

Isabel Wears The Crown

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01284113.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Isabel attached to the wheel by the nails through her hands and feet. She's whipped some more. Isabel's enduring resistance to pain is rewarded, of course, with a crown of thorns. Torquemada, so much into the Dominican's view of the known universe, expresses his admiration for the naked crucified woman by equating her to the divine itself. The act of crowning the suffering ”crucificada” is just a preamble to the final touch to the torments the young woman must still endure.

Our Red Feline Club is growing with new posts and my epistolary discussion with Pícaro concerning the production of Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala. We will begin a campaign to raise funds for the new inquisition film very soon. We're planning the production of a fund raising video with some of the participants we're in the process of casting and the props we're building. I will give free access to the club to all our fans here with the following:

The access will be for a very limited time, it will be de-activated without any announcement.

From the the post A Site, A Sale, A Problem at the Red Feline Club:

More than a year later, someone made a very interesting comment:

In a message dated 6/9/99 17:42:39,*******@mpi-bremen.de writes: It is obvious what you propose, suffering beyond existence, into the unreal torture one reads about in the old tales of Christianity. How wonderfully blasphemical. (…) If I would ever attempt proposing a theory of the sublime evil (fundament) of Occidental society, I would certainly refer to your work. Religion, pain, sexuality, and no happy ending.

Our wait lasted a few days. We were learning a new business and we just did not have anything set. So, one night, in early February, someone contacted us: I would love to buy your film. How do I pay? (…)

From the the post Maleficarum II – The Fundraising Will Begin at the Red Feline Club:
http://redfeline.com/members/

We are preparing to launch our crowd-funding campaign for Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala. A cash budget has been set for 50,000 US dollars. The highest mark we ever had, except for the classic docu-nightmare Krik Krak, which cost half a million dollars. We believe that with the amount we set, Jac will be able to make that film the way it has to be made. And as far as cash budgets for a movie, that’s nothing, really. People laugh when we tell them how much our movies cost.

Isabel's Last Torture

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01311322.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Isabel nailed, crowned, and ready for more torture. Torquemada did not loose his time while Isabel spent her time suffering crucified on The Wheel of Great Torment. The tormentor prepared the metal belt to hold sharp spikes all throughout. His intention was clear, to close that belt around Isabel's waist, so the spikes would break through her flesh. Isabel saw the belt, saw the spikes, she didn't have to guess what would happen. She held her breath, the little breath she had left, and prepared herself for what was coming.

From the the post Gimp Vs Artsy Fartsy – Part I at the Red Feline Club:
http://bit.ly/2k4LLwc

While the process to put Maleficarum II – Monxa Mala in the preproduction stage begins, a critical exchange between our first grand supporter and myself took place in the virtual world of electronic mail. This time Pícaro offered what I can describe as his Critique of our films. He raises some valid points which had to be answered with a touch of candor and perhaps an explanation of what motivates Jac and Amy to make the films they make and how they select the subjects.

Pícaro Since there is a lull in the action until Maleficarum II really gets rolling, I thought I would send the “good stuff” message I mentioned a while back. First, though, let me get a bummer off my back. I am sorry but I have to say Olalla was a complete and total bust. I regret I funded part of it. The “production values” were of your usual excellent quality. However, the story was very poor. It struck me as a GIMP movie trying to be “artsy fartsy” Two little fairies dancing around giggling and slapping their knees, a large bald-headed fairly in a white outfit lumbering around putting records on the victrola and trying to get everybody to tango was almost humorous if it hadn’t have been so out of place. The crucifixion/whipping/burning scene that should have been the high point of the film was lame. Amy did her usual excellent work and Eric was, as always, a great whipper but the burning scene was too obviously fake. Just BAD all the way around. I’m not surprised it isn’t selling.

I would like to clear some issues raised in your email. Your comments on Olalla, for instance, are made from the premise that all of Jac’s and Amy’s films are made solely with the GIMP crowd in mind. That’s not the case. I don’t believe that the GIMP crowd alone would be sufficient to cover the costs of a high production values film like Olalla or Dead But Dreaming. In the other hand, Amy and Jac would like to engage a larger audience as well. I understand it can be tricky, but that’s the way it goes.

Isabel's Torture Near The End

PassionOfIsabelVidCap_01315114.jpg

The Passion of Isabel continues with Isabel nailed to the wheel, crowned with thorns and with the nasty belt pricking her flesh. Torquemada's work is done, he takes one last look to his masterpiece and retreats to his quarters, after lashing her a few times, of course, leaving Isabel to suffer her final agonies. She will bleed slowly, her muscles will betray her, she will loose all resistance and, eventually, she will take her last breath... but it will take time, Torquemada is sure. He will return at dawn to see if poor Isabel survived the night.

Pícaro and I are discussing a number of issues before we embark on the production of Maleficarum II - Monxa Mala. We had a discussion concerning OLALLA, and right after we got into Dead But Dreaming, JUSTINE and those other great movies. The latest post: Gimp Vs Artsy Fartsy – Part II at the Red Feline Club: http://bit.ly/2k4LLwc

My exchange with Pícaro continues. In my previous segment of this conversation I concentrated in OLALLA, Amy’s fourth feature film. We now jump to other films.

Pícaro (...) Dragging Amy out to the square and securing her AoH was terrific. The close-ups of her looking at the monk/young woman were truly beautiful. The whipping itself was fantastic, Eric was at his arrogant, brutal best. He really is a Master Whipper.

DBD00442223.jpg

JUSTINE became the subject of a lengthy discussion with both, praise and criticism.

Pícaro: Of course, the wheel scenes were the MOST BREATHTAKING scenes EVER. I MEAN THAT! All three girls were fabulous on the wheel. Even Jac’s whipping hand was more energetic! Although I enjoyed Amy’s scene most, I would swear Bea was being turned faster than Amy or Mila. It certainly seemed that way. In any event the three scenes were AMAZING! Honestly, it is a real shame the wheel has gone to seed as it would have been great to use it in future films

Margot : The Wheel turns faster with Bea, yes. During the shooting she was the last to go on, Amy was the first. I noticed when looking at the rushes that when Amy was on the wheel, it seemed to go slow. With Mila, it got a bit faster. When Bea went on, the mechanics of The Wheel had been used a lot and for some reason it had less resistance, so Bea was spinning really fast. By the time Jac made The Passion, the wheel was not at its best and it had to be used with more precautions.
