As others have observed, you have a flair for combining suitable components and lighting, producing some very convincing and atmospheric images.

Thanks, Bob! I just checked out that thread, and it does look like a more suitable place for these. Now I know. Back in the heydays of the Crux Group/Crux Foundation, I did write quite a few short crux stories, and they must be still lying around somewhere in a dusty folder on my hard drive...
As to the suitable components in manips, well, as I always say--I don't have a whole lot of Photoshop tricks up my sleeve (unlike out old friends Damian and Arcimboldo), but the one thing I have plenty of is patience. Sometimes I sit on a good background pic for years just waiting for the right gal to come along--or vice versa.
