I think one can genrally subdivide these ENF pics into three categories :
pics where she is really surprised by the photographer
pics which could be staged
pics where she is at least aware that one or more cameras are around and pics could be taken from her (with or without 'second thoughts the moment the photo is taken).

Interesting set of priorities here. She made sure she had her socks on. The rest, not so much.

Indeed, there are numerous photos of that sort of thing. I bet you won't see it in a war film though!
