The medieval approach to fighting infectious disease ... great pic!
Not medieval! The mask of 'Medico della Peste' date from 1619. The doctor Charles De Lorme invented it for protection...

As may be seen on picture here,
In Rome the doctors do appear,
When to their patients they are called,
In places by the plague appalled,
Their hats and cloaks, of fashion new,
Are made of oilcloth, dark of hue,
Their caps with glasses are designed,
Their bills with antidotes all lined,
That foulsome air may do no harm,
Nor cause the doctor man alarm,
The staff in hand must serve to show
Their noble trade where'er they go

Il Medico della Peste!

I know well that it was a medical mask but looking like a crow, I wanted to put it in my manip , making reference to a crow : crows are what who come when a condemned is died to the cross ...
Can we , on CF, express yet some romantic view without to be caught by only the true view of the things ?
If not, I dont see what I do here ...

Ah, but we're all now better educated in the School of Cruxforums! ;)

And that doesn't detract from your art! :)

It's the Spring and Messa is wishing to start again some Anjou'crucifixions ...

She's so much glad to show to you, members, her nudity hanged to her cross ...

Enjoy it ...!

The Berries and Apples are at the mercy of the winds and rains ... The thorns are along the way ... are they not?

This W-E, Judith and Messaline were coming to Paris for a little trip ...

Judith : "Why do you not come to take your breakfast, Messa ? Are you not hungried ?"

Messa : " Oooooh ! No, Judith, I dont want to miss any moment to contemplate a so much wonderful view !!!"
