I confess... I have a fetish on Japanese girls. Can anyone do manips or comics featuring Akb48 members like Kojima Haruna, Itamo Tomomi, Matsui Rena and the rest. I hope this isn't too big to a deal

Oh no they aren't animated they are real people. I mean someone once did a crux manipulation with Emma Watson's face on Alice's body.

I don't think we are allowed to do that here actually, unless I am wrong. I could have sworn I saw something here or someone that said it's not ok to manip real actors and actresses in a crux death scene. Might have to ask an admin like tree, wrag, barb, erin about that one.

I too have a fetish featuring Japanese girls, but mostly in the context of the "Skin and a bit of rope" thread.

No no, I'm not completely sure about it, which is why I suggested you should ask someone with much more official info on the rule. @Barbaria1

A little help, please?
Piper, I’ll have to double check myself, but I think celebrity manips are OK. For instance, Emma Watson has been doing photoshopped fellatio since before she was 18, and nobody’s gotten into trouble over that yet.

And yes, I’ve seen such, and no, I don’t collect such things, and in addition I decline to post any examples.

Before the age of 18? That definately sounds like it would be a problem...

Oh, it certainly is. One I don’t have, thank (insert deity of choice here). And celebrity porn in general doesn’t do anything for me, with the single potential exception of somebody face swapping Lillian or Dorothy Gish into a B&W blowbang.:devil:

Discussion of politicians or other well-known people in the context of this site could be perceived as threatening and attract the kind of attention we do not want.

Technically photoshopping them must be within the rules, and I guess that individually they aren't known all that well outside Japan, but discussing them (i.e. this thread) would be a breach of policy. :ghost:

Thank you all for your messages they truly mean a lot to me. But the thing is I'm only a poor student yet so I'm not able to pay for your works for what they're worth except for my utmost gratitude. Some months I barely survive on bread alone. Anyway, please don't go out of your own way to draw for me you have you own families to feed. So even though I might never get to see a crossover between my two deepest fantasies I still thank you for all the kind responses.

Yes, I don't recall seeing an explicit prohibition, but I did get a sense that celebrity manips using mainstream and recognizable public figures was discouraged. In the case of some female actresses, notably Emma Watson, great effort is made to control the images and photos that go out, and "faking" or manipping nude and crux images could be seen as threatening or defamatory. That said, the line may be quite fine. We assume (tacitly perhaps) that it's okay to use nude models or models who have done crux scenes, since those pics are out there already. Celebrities are tricky, because their identity is hard to separate from any use of an image in fantasy. Also, if that crux image were to get out, would that be grounds for legal action if the celebrity in question were to take offense?

Personally, I have never been interested in fantasizing about crucifying celebrities because celebrity fandom is not what the Forums are about, in my view.

Perhaps one or more of the Moderators might like to comment, if we have a definite position on this. :)

^makes sense. What about crux stories about characters that they play in their respective films? We see crux art for fictional characters from video games and anime all the time, but what about crux for film characters? Like if someone did a crux art about a character from game of thrones, would it still be problematic due to the actor, or would it be ok becuase it's the character portrayed, not the actor behind it?

We have threads on Xena, Warrior Princess, and there is some fan art of her and Gabrielle being crucified. Game of Thrones has some crucifixions. Photoshopping and manips of characters might fall into the fan art category.

In the end, a lot of this is probably in a gray area - there is no way to make a rule for everything without restricting things to the point we can't express ourselves at all. Probably using your best judgement is the best idea. In the end, if you aren't breaching copyright, not defaming someone, and your characters are all over 18, you are probably okay. This is all for use here only, after all. If you go public or commercial, the rules are different and a lot more strict.
