3D head to body proportions are usually an idealised 1 : 8, but natural figure proportions are closer to 1 : 7.
I 'enlarged' the head in relation to the body in order to obtain more natural proportions, since I generally work with photographic elements.

This is just a quickie - a head-swap with multiple colour adjustments, dodge and burn - only three layers in Photoshop.
My 'serious' pictures take much longer, and they often run to 70 + layers.
