Poor George Lazenby. He gets his big acting break with the starring role in a major motion picture. But, he's replacing a beloved actor in the role he made famous and with which he will always be identified. Contrary to popular belief, "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" was not a bomb. It made a handsome profit. But, it earned less than it's predecessors and the critical and fan reaction to Lazenby was brutal. Still, it had more gorgeous women than any of Connery's films.
Unfortunately, the female star, Diana Rigg, has never done any nude scenes.
But, she did get into a lot of bondage situations in The Avengers:
No. But she later starred in a TV adaptation of Daphne DuMarier's Rebecca, which had a young and topless Emilia Fox (daughter of Edward Fox who played M in Never Say Never Again) and Charles Dance, who played Ian Flemming in Goldeneye.

There's that and the fact that, despite being signed to 7 Bond pictures in his contract, his agent convinced him to leave the Bond franchise because secret agents would not be popular in the mid-1970s. He went on to do a few films in Hong Kong and a number of Emanuelle movies, where he played a character named Mario.
