It's right, you can't write aut details here, but:
I would make a proposal for a location in Landkreis Tuttlingen (southwest germany)
next year (2017) for a weekend in spring/summer.
To specify a request i should know a rough estimation of interestes participants.
It's a location with a nice childrens Playgrund outside, with wooden devices as swings, huts and climbing frames, which may be usable for outdoor crucifications, as well as rooms for indoor crucifications.
Costs will be about 14.-€ per day + food costs.
If there are interested people, we may suggest some places with yust naming the Landkreis, and can tell nearer infos by private conversation if needed.
This will only work the following way:
When the location and date is set, then interested people are going to pay the price for the location in advance (if possible direct to the house...)
Only participants having paid to a given date are admitted to the event.
Costs for food and drinks at the event itself.
For the matter of trust i think acess to alkohol should be very restrivted, no drugs!
Any violation of this rule will lead to imediate exclusion of the event, no payback of any costs for the location.
The event should start at friday and last until sunday.
Participants should attend a core time at friday night till sunday morning, this is also as a matter of trust.
Thats the way i belive it should work.

Ich möchte einen Vorschlag machen für eine Location im Landkreis Tuttlingen (südwesten, BaWü)
nächstes Jahr (2017) an einem Wochenende im Frühjahr/Sommer.
Für eine konkrete Anfrage sollte ich eine grobe Schätzung für die Zahl der Interessenten haben.
Es ist eine Location mit einem hübschen Kinderspielplatz vor dem Haus, mit hölzernen Geräten wie Schaukel, Hütte und Klettergerüst, die man in outdoor-Kreuzigungen einbeziehen könnte, sowie Versammlungsräume für indoor Kreuzigungen.
Die Kosten würden sich auf 14.- € pro Tag + kosten f Verpflegung belaufen.
(evtl. werden weiter Kosten für Material anfallen - Holz, Seile, etc. aber das muss man erst schauen)
Bei Interesse könnte man verschiedene Häuser anschreiben und hier lediglich Landkreis mitteilen, weitere Infos dann auf Nachfrage und in einem privaten PM Thread.
Das ganze kann meiner Meinung nach nur folgendermaßen funktionieren:
Wenn Location und Datum festliegen, müssen die Interessenten den Preis für die Location im Vorab überweisen (falls möglich direkt ans Haus)
Nur Teilnehmer, die bezahlt haben, werden zum Event zugelassen - ich werde niemandem hinterherlaufen.
Kosten für Verpflegung und weiteres können dann vor Ort abgerechnet werden.
Schon aus Gründe der notwendigen Vertrauensbasis denke ich, dass Alkoholkonsum sehr restriktiv begrenzt sein muss, insbes.: keine Drogen!
Jede Verletzung dieser Regel wird zum sofortigen Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung führen, ohne Rückzahlung der Kosten fürs Haus.
Das Event sollte an einem Freitag beginnen und bis Sonntag dauern.
Teilnehmer sollten mindestens eine Kernzeit ab Freitag spätabends bis Sonntag morgens dabei sein, auch dies aus Verstrauensgründen - niemand mag sich einer so intimen Situation wie einer Kreuzigung hingeben, wenn da unbekannte neue Leute zwischendurch aufkreuzen. (Ich jedenfalls nicht)
Treffen kann man sich gern ab Freitag Nachmittag und am Sonntag noch etwas länger bleiben.
Ich weiß, es kann für Berufstätige schwierig sein, sich an einem Freitag frühzeitig loszueisen, daher genügt auch Freitag ziemlich spät. Aber am Samstag sollten alle auf jeden Fall am Stück anwesend sein.
Das ist ist der Rahmen, in dem das funktionieren sollte.
