seriously, I've often thought it would have been better if God had created us with expiry dates stamped on,
at least we could plan our lives knowing how long we'd got!

It is very likeable. I question, however, how sinister or threatening the small cat actually is. The choice of monster seems more influenced by the Internet than by the original myth.
