That is @fnhsr's classic "Dusk at Golgotha ," from probably 15 years ago, one of my all-time favorite pieces of Crux artwork. Looks every bit as beautiful as it did when I first saw it way back then!
Hi Shiva, #6 in Phlebas' last post is indeed, fnhsr's 'Dusk at Golgotha',, as you correctly identify -

But Yupar was referring to #6 in a previous post by Phlebas - http://www.cruxforums.com/xf/threads/from-my-archive-1999-to.6119/post-432299
showing Arcimboldo's 'Resurrection' -

- which is why she recalled it portraying an 'Ecce Homo' (Ecce Femina) theme. Hope this makes sense out of the confusion. ;) :)

I see...I got carried away after @ShadowWolf mentioned "#6" in a previous post and didn't even see which post @Yupar was quoting. My bad! But anyway, that Arcimboldo piece is also a timeless classic (like pretty much everything he ever did); I just didn't remember the title. Latin is all Greek to me! :)

Thanks for setting it all straight, Bob!

How many guards does it take to .....
I believe there was quite fierce competition to be assigned to that squad, Barb, don't know why

Yeah that timing seems about right, Shiva. Not sure why the filename is different but often I have the same file under numerous names, aquired at different times.

Yes, a beautiful image by Arcimboldo. Ecce Femina indeed. I'm beholding, I'm beholding!

Diplomatic posts to embassies in troubled foreign countries can be a dangerous assignment
Are you volunteering, Barb?

But despite it happened already more than once, they curiously still find plenty of volunteers for the job! The thrill of the experience seems to have a special attraction?
An experience to die for.

We have spoken of 3d artist Ken before. Here is a selection of his work from my 2005 archive, over several posts
