Very nice symbolist work by Shackler. A pity his DeviantArt gallery has been closed since last year.

No 8 is one of my favorites! Part of a series?Yes, one that has been manipulated since. I've seen male versions, and an animated one.
Time for another dip into the archive - some of these should be quite identifiable!
I'll start you off, #5 is an early Preceptor, #4 is the famous Amber, #9 Tampini

Still in 2001

It's a scene from the movie Doppelganger.Where's n.7 from?
Good ones! I like #1 (the fallen princess after her failed plot against her sister), #2 (the fallen matron, after one intruigue too much), #5 (a practical solution for solving overbooked holiday resorts : hold a barbecue) and #6 (the country's new policy of stopping migration from overseas : nail them on the beach!).Thanks.
Some more from 2001
I didn't find it... Do u have the link please? It's a scene from the movie Doppelganger.
Very nice and rare pics.Ok, I've talked about this for a while, I did a similar thing on the Foundation about 7 or 8 years ago, a thread of selections from my archive. Emily's thread of favourites has inspired me to finally bite the bullet, and I didn't want to fill her thread up with my selections. I'll try to post a lot of things that are not so well known.
So, here are a few selections from 1999-2000
You'll notice that files were smaller, and manips were more simple, in those days.
There is some Cruxlabs, Cruxmania, a Cobra, see what else you can identify.

#5 is a timeless classic.Thanks - more from late 2001
#5 is a timeless classic.
A very good series, and nearly all originals I had never seen before. Except for #8. Is it from a movie?Almost at the end of the 2001 selection now.
Looking at these files one thing strikes me, they all have distinct filenames, it's easy to find them. I really hate that so many pictures these days have come from tumblr, and have those god-awful names that all start the same!
"Sacred Flesh", I think.Except for #8. Is it from a movie?
Apparently it is. Thanks."Sacred Flesh", I think.
...but we have Messaline's Premium French Crucifixion Wood available today!!!#3 and #5 have "crosses" far more like I expect they built, rather than the elegant constructions we are seeing with today's artists.
