I’ve seen many images, where the hanged piss before dying, in our games of asphyxiation, hanging and garroting I piss at a certain time, usually just after orgasm or during.
My friend Manon who shares my passion for being hanged also pisses as much as me. My friend Aurélie who enjoys hanging us, requires us to drink before hanging, she enjoys seeing us piss away.
Is anyone else like that too? Could someone possibly explain to me why we piss when we choke?

I would suggest even in your roll playing there is an element of fear and as you choke your mind is on other things on your mind than controlling your bladder.

In an actual execution the fear and dreadful anticipation could cause the lost of control before the hanging begins!

"An analysis of 46 recent public hangings in Iran that were legally and meticulously photographed at every stage by official news agency cameramen showed obvious physical struggling in 10 cases, the tongue protruding slightly in four cases, no obvious reddening of the face in any case, drooling from the mouth in two cases and what appears to be an erection and ejaculation in one case and ejaculation only in the second case. In only one case was there evidence of urination and there were no apparent instances of defecation. " (Note1) All the victims were male I understand.

Though it is a popular plot in detective fiction.

Yes Sir, but maybe it was long drop hanging, when I'm hanging it's the incomplete hanging with short stays without touching the floor.

It was Iran. The method of hanging is essentially short drop. Off the back of a truck or using some sort of suspension device, such as a crane or fork lift truck. Cheap but very effective.
