I hope I'm not overstepping my bounds here, but I can tell that you have a very specific fetish. A footjob delivered by a half-crucified woman? I'm all for the combination of sex and sadistic domination and torture, and I think it would be interesting to see this, but Hasturan will illustrate and render what he wants to. If he feels like it won't be realistic enough to suspend his disbelief, then I don't think he'll want to include it. With such a narrow request, I honestly think you would be better served commisioning art from someone, or maybe drawing it yourself. Alex probably won't directly say no to your request, but his art is a gift to all of us, and I think we should respect that.
