How do I send a 4 minute video clip?

How do I send a 4 minute video clip of my home movie to the email address of a friend 800 miles away.

The total video is 60 minutes in length and is on blank disc. I would like to send just the first 4 minutes of

this video from the disc to the email address. I have the vista home premium program on the computer and the

IE7 for browser. My computer skills are VERY POOR as I am a beginner learner on computer I do not have any other

software program on computer for sending a video clip as mentioned above on my computer. Any help will be

gratefully welcome. Thanks

I post my crux videos for forum members thee, but you can also desginate sole or group of recipients.

It is simple to use and free. PM me if you need help.

Also, you can get a free gmail account and send a video up to 12 MBs. They claim 20 MBs, but I've been told to try only 12.

I make crux movies as a hobby. If you need any help editing or sprucing it up, let me know.

and it was white over with frost this morning
Well he has had me Eulalia , now he`s ravishing Emma, She Will Love That i don`t know where he get`s his stamina from,

I'm sure you've all heard the story of Robin Hood's dying wish, no?
Story goes, on his deathbed he asked to be moved to the open window;
then asked for his bow and arrow, took aim out the window and begged
of his comrades... "Wherever this arrow lands, there will you bury me."
