How do i change Password,or ID ??

Hi there. How do i change the password ??
Current one is too complex to do quickly enough.
The same with ID,can that be changed/simplified ?? :-?

Click on User Control Panel in top left corner then Profile from sub menu then Edit account. You can change your password but I'm not sure about your ID.When you log in click the box which says remember me. I get automatically logged in each visit. You probably have to tell your browser ,Firefox in my case to remember your password for this site.
