The H.A.R.P.I.E organization is a group of evil,evil, evil terrorist women... They are in constant battle against C.O.C.K. , which is an all male organization that, well, they fight against H.A.R.P.I.E and have a lot of fun doing that... in not so polite manners as you will see...
There are some films from Psycho Thrillers about this theme...

So .... here is a series about one of those girls, the evil and sadistic Julia X, and our hero (?): Bastiem Le Tueur from C.O.C.K.
