Making Friends!

How do I find someone's profile and 'friend' them? I know the person's name, but all 'Search' seems to do is bring up every thread where they are mentioned, not their profile. Sorry if I am being dense!

Click the word 'Members' just under the banner at the top



A new window will open. Towards the bottom left you will see the 'find member' search box.

There is no 'friend' function as in Facebook but if you follow them then you wil get details of their posts in your news feed.

Actually, an easy way to see a member's profile is to put your cursor beside one of their posts, on their avatar or their name, and an 'ID card' pops up. Click on their name on that pop-up, and that takes you to their profile.
