Actually I am not using Poser - just do not get the hang of the Poser GUI. I am using DAZStudio and Cinema4D.
I usually render and share cars, pin-ups, and some SciFi stuff. There are not a lot of places to share BDSM type of pictures.
I started a little story and will share some WIP later.
