Isabel Is Under Merciless Torture

PassionC01Sc04Tk06_00025700.jpg

The Passion of Isabel is in its third week of production. The most difficult and painful scenes are just beginning. This week’s turn is the The Slant Rack, now underway with the backing of a contributor who offered and sent out some cash to cover the 500 goal. We're short 200 of that specific goal. It took one day, Monday, to prepare the scene. Actually a few hours of that one day, not 24 hours. In those hours Jac set up the lights, positioned the possible angles of the cameras, and all together figured out how to work the mechanics of the scene, the movements, the transitions and so forth. The second day, yesterday, Tuesday, they shot a good part of the scene. Today is a free day for Bea, she has a modelling job, a photo shoot. Thursday and Friday have been set aside to continue with the Slant Rack scene until its very painful and dramatic end. Jac is confident that they will finish the scene by then and it will be done as planned, considering that there is a great contributor to the scene with some specific requirements that will be taken care of.

PassionC01Sc04Tk05_00082818.jpg

Next week, the first day, they are going to be testing The Wheel as a Rack scene. Our generous contributor would love to send some more cash if there’s something very specific done in that scene. I won't know until next week any of the details for The Wheel. This week Bea will be beaten, her feet will suffer the bastinado and then burned over a slow coal fire under them, she will be stretched to the breaking point, flogged and I don't know what else. But that's a lot to suffer for one week.

There are more details given in the Red Feline Club. http://bit.ly/2k4LLwc

The week is not over, Isabel's time on the Slanted Rack is not even half way there. A lot will be happening before the week is over and I'll have some pictures of it, of course. We're 200 short of our goal for this particular torture. We will appreciate your support. You can help if you JOIN The Club NOW! http://bit.ly/2ipnRd0

The Passion of Isabel Takes a Break

PassionStills05173218.jpg

The Passion of Isabel has gone on for three weeks now. The real life, flesh and blood and bones Bea has been raped three times, whipped, flogged and beaten 6 different times, I think, who's counting, 6 different times for the story. She was whipped, beaten, flogged every single day of the production except for the first two days of shooting. The worst is yet to come. The scene at the Slanted Rack might be done, I won't know until I'm told. Beginning Monday through Wednesday Isabel will go from the Slanted Rack to The Wheel, at least that's the plan. One or two of those days will be dedicated to The Transition Scene. Isabel, naked and beaten, will be dragged to her new merciless torture. There's no word from The Spanish Horse fans, or fan, so it appears that it will not happen at all. The Wheel is next and there's room for contributors and fans to express their ideas. On Thursday Bea is going to another city, for the rest of the week, for a concert of a famous Dead Metal band from Europe visiting that city. They are famous because during their concerts they have a naked woman and a naked man tied to crosses. Carnival is upon us and thus, that trip might stretch a bit. During Bea's absence a lot will be decided. It will be the last chance to have some weight on the production. When Bea returns, the production will go on for two weeks or less. Bea Goes Away, Jac Plots her Next Tortures[/img]

PassionCam01Sc05TkTest01_00031807.jpg

The Slanted Rack is done, completely, and so is the The Transition Scene, a short moment of extra pain before Isabel faces her worst tortures at The Wheel. Bea is taking a vacation until next week, when the cast and crew of two will return to the dungeon to finish the film. Wednesday was the day to figure out how The Wheel would work. Jac thought of a couple of interesting solutions to the practical problems this particular wheel present. They were ready to spend the entire afternoon testing, but the first idea worked very well. The second idea wasn't as good but it worked too, so after one hour they were done and ready for tea. Today Bea leaves for her Dead Metal concert in a far away city. She's decided to have a lot of fun and to relax before she's put through the worst tortures yet. The production of The Passion of Isabel will continue next week. The Spanish Horse has been eliminated, so far, from the story... unless... Read More at the Red Feline Club

A Canadian: As a still, the picture above actually looks quite good. I just wish I had more confidence in Jac to deliver an effective whipping scene. And, like my friend MAV, I would have been happier if Bea were bound AOH.

A positive comment from A Canadian! Well, part of it, at least, it must be a first. On Monday and Tuesday Jac and Bea worked on some different angles of The Slanted Rack sequence and The Transition Scene, which includes a good whipping AOH.

esso: Is it just me or do Bea's whip marks look like they were applied with magic marker? esso wrote: Is it just me or do Bea's whip marks look like they were applied with magic marker? A Canadian That may be a fair comment but you won't hear any complaints from me. In my review last year of Justine, I took the Pachamama crowd to task for turning Bea into a bloody mess in the whipping scene. Anything would be an improvement, in my view, including the magic-marker look.

I believe that magic marker would be a bitch to wash out. I cannot promise that there won't be blood. What there will be is a lot of dramatic shots of Isabel's tortures.

toxicmask: Hey Guys! what do you think about this picture of Bea... Eda In response to Toxicmask's question (post 17964), even though it was directed only to "guys": Bea looks beautiful in the photo. yyy Very nice picture of Bea!

Bea posted a recent picture of a photo session she was working in, toxicmask found it and shared it. Yes, Bea looks very beautiful in that picture because she is very beautiful. Here's another picture from that photo session.

Bea is Away, Amy is a builder, Carmen has a show[/img]

PassionCam02Sc04Tk05_00183302.jpg

The week that ends had plenty of action everywhere. Jac and Bea completed the Slanted Rack sequence for the new production. They even had a lot of The Transition Scene done. The coming week is carnival, there will be very few days to work intensely, but they will do as much as possible for The Wheel[/img] sequence. Bea went to a concert by the Austrian group Belphegor, who are touring these parts. She will return very inspired from that trip.

BeaCocha.jpg

Check the video below if interested.

Meanwhile in the US Amy has been pretty busy too, she's supervising the construction of a movie studio, complete with a sound stage, props workshop, post production suites and more. From building props singlehanded she went to supervising construction workers and architects to build the movie studio of her design.

AmyBigProducer.jpg

At the same time, in France, Camille, of Martyr fame, opened a big art show in Paris with a big performance entitled Interview With Found Objects She's very much into the Parisian Avant Gard art scene, she always was, even Red Feline on the Cross was an Avant Gard performance for her, that's how she described it when she used it as part of her dossier for the university in France and it was well received, not only she was accepted, but she got a big scholarship.

DS: Looking very good! I’m really looking forward to both the slanted rack and AOH whipping scenes. The whip marks here look more convincing than they did in Justine. So that’s great too. I’ll be sending you an email soon about the wheel scene.

The Wheel is the focus of our esteemed commentator at the Club, and because of his contributions, The Wheel is getting a lot of careful attention to make all of the details and backed recommendations work to perfection. The Slanted Rack and The AOH Whipping Transition scenes are looking fantastic, there's something about the way Jac is working with the lights, back to his Chiaroscuro style of lighting, that makes the images very poetic in a Caravaggio/Renaissance kind of way. I expect that this film will be very successful with our hard core fans. I am discussing more details of this production at the
.
Sardu: I just wanted to pipe in and say I think Bea looks great, her facial expressions and emoting looks delicious, and I'm way more interested in the current project than I was in the previous outing. I loved Amy in many of the other projects, but the last one was simply not up to par. I think a different face might bring a refreshed approach, which is always a good thing.

Bea and the new project, The Passion of Isabel, are looking great indeed! With every new shooting day, it just gets better. It was a little difficult at first, it's been a while since Jac did camera work as well as directing and acting and doing the FX and being a gaffer and so on. He was hardly familiar with two of the five cameras he started using, but soon he was in top form. It was also difficult for Bea at first to work in a new project where the entire movie is on her shoulders, and on her back, and front, and feet, and wrists, and breasts, and eyes, and mouth and... her entire body. She's doing a fantastic job, the pictures I get tell that story. I will not discuss the future, not yet, but I wonder about how a contemporary movie like Agent Y would look like with her. Amazing, I bet.

Isabel returns to the Dungeon to suffer The Wheel - Real torture for Bea.

PassionIsabelSc05Still_08234819.jpg

The production of The Passion of Isabel continues. On Wednesday Bea was back from her trip and ready for work. Last week they tested The Wheel, they found a way for her to be attached to the wheel, completely, overcoming some of the perky details that could hinder the work, like the laws of gravity and the fact that the wheel is on an axel, that it moves if not secured somehow, and Bea's weight would certainly make it roll down. After some elaborate thinking and working, they found a way of keeping the wheel from rolling down while having Bea attached to it; however, Bea was wearing clothes and the test lasted a couple of minutes. She's in character now, naked and ready to spend a couple of hours at The Wheel. Jac has two cameras rolling. The image looks great, but he doesn't want to engage in much acting. He's just observing Bea, fascinated but worried at the same time. He doesn't know where the line between acting and real suffering is. Perhaps Bea is using her all too real suffering to express more of what Isabel would be suffering. Suddenly, Bea feels faint! She tells Jac that she feels like she's going to throw up. Jac helps her down from the wheel. Bea tells Jac that her vision is weird, like things were getting dark. Jac is worried. They sit and talk, for some time, she begins to feel better. Jac is ready to call the day, but Bea says she feels better. She can do it. So, the shooting continued for a a couple of hours of Bea and the very real torture at The Wheel.

The production of The Passion of Isabel is already beyond its original schedule and it should have been done by the end of next week, in time for the press campaign for the theatrical release of JUSTINE, but it looks like the production is going to go beyond the end of next week. Jac needs at least two more days to complete the scene where Isabel suffers torture while attached to the rim of The Wheel. Wednesday was so tough on Bea that Jac decided to give her a break on Thursday. Shooting will resume on Friday. This part of The Wheel should be over on Monday, maybe even Tuesday. It's a very difficult shoot. Which means that production will go on beyond next week and far into the following week. The Spanish Horse is out of the running since there hasn't been any clamouring for it, only a couple of comments in support for it, but the funds are not there, nor is there time for it.

PassionIsabelSc05Still_08143717.jpg

February is gone! Time flies, doesn't it? We began the year with a nice surprise, Bea decided to work on a new project, The Passion of Isabel, Jac decided to release JUSTINE theatrically in Bolivia, Amy is building a movie studio in the USA, Mila is opening her very own tattoos parlour, Carmen is staging a series of performances in France, Amy and Jac are getting Pygmalion ready for its own release. Very busy beginning of the year. And the sales are going well, we have the results for the month of February. JUSTINE reigns supreme with very high in numbers, followed by The Passion of Isabel, I'm including it because the new production is receiving funds in many forms, Maleficarum is doing pretty well too, with high numbers. So, here are the top ten in our best seller list and their points:

1.- JUSTINE- 230!
2.- The Passion of Isabel - 146
3.- Maleficarum - 100

4.- Red Feline on The Cross - 32
5.- Le Marquis de la Croix - 31
6.- BARBAZUL - 26
7.- Agent X - 24
8.- Dead But Dreaming - 20
9.- Sirwiñakuy - 19
10.- Fantom - 18

That's it for now, there's still a tiny bit of time to influence what happens to Isabel at The Wheel of pain. The Spanish Horse is out of the running. On Friday the production will continue with The Wheel. The production of The Passion of Isabel is reaching the end soon and post will start. Then we'll see how it does in sales. I think Bea and Jac need a bit of encouragement, specially Bea. to continue making this kind of movies.

Bea takes a break before the last stretch of The Passion of Isabel

PassionIsabelSc06Still_11151611.jpg

The production of The Passion of Isabel is reaching an end. Bea is off for the weekend while Jac goes to work on the material he shot to make sure he has all he needs. They will return to the set on Monday for the last stretch of the shooting for this new film. They return to The Wheel for increasingly more suffering for Isabel/Bea. Word is that they will be done before next Friday. Saturday is Bea's birthday and she has plans for that day and the weekend. She plans to celebrate her 23rd year doing something she loves, extreme sports, I think it involves jumping off a cliff or something. Next week we'll be changing the offers we have for the new film and the club since a new stage will begin; post production. Read more at the Red Feline Club

Martyrs Anyone? To get us started, Amy compares Jac’s thematic perspective with hers. A quick glance at Dead But Dreaming, Ollala, Barbazul, and Justine affirms her view. “Jac has a very baroque perspective of character and I have a very gothic perspective.” Amy begins. “You could say we have opposite points of view a lot of times. He loves martyrs. He adores them. It’s that baroque Catholic upbringing. For me, I do not have that so I view them as silly and passive-aggressive. I’m quite dismissive of them.” But Amy is quick to add, “I feel like that has actually helped us work together.” Read the complete interview: Baroque and Gothic: Views of Justine.

JustineMakingOfDay19p1379.jpg

I asked Jac if after The Passion of Isabel there will be another film right away, with Bea, of course. He said that he will not discuss the issue with her until after they are done with the production. I also know that he had a meeting with Mila where they discussed Maleficarum II and Dead But Dreaming II, her response was, let's talk. Right now all options are open. That's a good thing.

The Passion of Isabel goes into its final stretch[/img]

PassionIsabelSc07Still_13262214.jpg

The production of The Passion of Isabel resumed on Monday for its last stretch. The plan was to go on until Thursday and it would be done, completely. But life, as it is, sometimes has its own plans. I'm not sure yet, but a dramatic family situation in Jac's life is taking precedence and it seems it will have Jac out of town until the end of this week. He might be able to shoot a few more scenes today, but that's not certain. If he can handle the stress and work at the same time, he will, if he can't, he wont. Bea wanted to be done with this project before Friday. She will have to agree to add another week. That's the situation now.

Bergie14 Bea's pictures in Reine Margot's latest post are incredible. She looks absolutely amazing. Can't wait for the release of this one. william1 That sweat on Isabel's body looks so gorgeous. If only Red Feline would use it in all their films, the results would be so much hotter in my opinion.
The release of the very hot, sweaty, amazingly looking film, The Passion of Isabel, might be sooner than it would be normally expected. The last part of the production began and before the week is over the film will be in the can. It means, done. The post production will take at least a month, maybe a bit more, but it won't take a year. This is not a huge production with a complex narrative. It won't need too much work. I think that it will be released before the Northern Summer... that means before June. We will begin pre selling in a week.

PassionIsabelSc07Still_13093213.jpg

Actresses in Jac Avila films endure the sadistic urgings of their tormenters, especially in movies like Maleficarum and the subject of this article, Justine. The film features a trio of alluring women: Amy Hesketh, Mila Joya and Beatriz Rivera. “When they do get into their characters,” Jac says, “they go into them with intensity and completely. They become those characters for the time of the shooting.” He remarks that the most intense scenes can take a physical and mental toll on the performers. “The whippings hurt, the crucifixions are very, very uncomfortable and even painful, there’s a lot of real suffering going on. I do not think that any of them enjoy that, they put up with it for the art,” he concedes. Read the complete article: The Women of Justine: Part One.
