Good guess. It's an electric typewriter (remember IBM made those--actually had leading technology), but it's at least "second generation", which would put it in the 70's or so. People still use them sometimes to type an odd mailing label, when it isn't worth it to mess with a printer and special forms.

I always wondered about medical professionals. Do they get sick of the human form? Are male doctors who preform on female nudes just kinda "whatever" at this point, and do the nurse see the human body with so many grotesque injuries and diseases that they are like "what's up, my delicate sack of meat"?
