Wouldn't surprise me at all Loxuru. During the time frame she lived dental hygiene wasn't well practiced. They weren't too fond of bathing either. Can't you imagine walking down the streets in a crowd of reeking sweaty people with BO to the max?
Don't forget that the housewives dumped the chamber pots into the street every morning too.
