I gave it a pass with dammar varnish to protect the paint and details of the model. It will take a week to dry.

How to create a mini crown of thorns with wire, toothpicks, teflon tape, thin-tipped tweezers, industrial glue (kola loka) and more paint with a dammar varnish finish.
1. First use the thinnest galvanized wire and form a series of double chain type of eights,
2. Then once finished, wrap it with Teflon tape,
3. Then you insert the toothpicks and adjust it with the thin-tipped tweezers.
4. Once you have done this, you will build it according to the model (Barbie, My Scene, Bratz, Monster High, etc.) and give it a go with industrial glue (kola loka)
5. And finally you paint it either brown, green or black. If you like you can give a layer of dammar varnish (as a final finish).
