After setting out for Cologne, which was being besieged by Huns, all the virgins were killed in a massacre. The Huns' leader fatally shot Ursula with a bow and arrow in about 383 AD (the date varies).

The whole Ursula story is not historic proven. From the general roman calendar the Ursula-day has been deleted in 1970. In Köln (Cologne) the 21. Oktober is still a solemnity. the number of 11.000 virgins is probably based on a mistake of the specification "XI.M.V" which has been translated to 11 milia virgines instead of 11 martyres virgines.
 
There’s depictions aplenty of St. Ursula and her 11k sliced and diced virgins, but alas and dammit none of them in the nude.

The search string "saint ursula nude" yields news stories of a Catholic girls school scandal back in '07 and some porn clips of dubious legality. :rolleyes:

Almost related, but not really; I visited the Cologne Cathedral about 5 years ago. Very impressive pile of stones.
