Yeah admi, the first one you posted (where you only get half the picture) is exactly the same as what happened to me yesterday when I tried to open the same file. None of the other thumbnails you posted will open at all - just sits there with a blank window. (ie. the viewer window opens and it has the close button at the top right but nothing appears in the window - it just says "connecting...", and the little icon goes round and round but nothing actually loads. The thumbnail of the first pic still opens halfway but none of the others open at all.
I checked to see if it was just this batch of pictures that has the problem but it seems to be right across the site today (Yesterday it was more random - some thumbnails opened while others wouldn't, but today it seems to affect all of them).
Not sure what's going on here but I doubt it's a problem with the actual path to the file, otherwise I would expect something akin to a "File not found" error, rather than an ongoing attempt to connect, so obviously the viewer script CAN see the file but for some reason is unable to load it. I'm not a server admin but I've seen issues similar to this on local networks when the file storage device malfunctions (bad hard drive or something - the directory can be read but no data can be copied from it).
Hope IM has a good backup in the event that this is not just a server glitch...

Me too. For each picture I get this error msg : "The picture cannot be opened, because it contains errors".I have problem with open these pictures

I wish you'll fix it soon. Most of yours pics can't be opened since a few days.

My money's on a bad hard drive at the server, since some thumbnails will open while other won't open at all, or in some cases just partially.

Maybe you need a different hosting company. I hear that Digital Ocean are supposed to be very good and have server clusters all over the world, with one right in your back yard...
Not sure on their adult content policy though, but might be worth investigating.

It seems that IM has answered our prayers and fixed the problem. I would be interested to know exactly what the issue actually was, but right now I'm just happy that it's fixed
