It looks old, around the 19th or early 20th century - Turks menacing a village of, well, the girls look like classsical Greeks, so Ottomans in the Balkans?, but they could just possibly be Armenian.

This image is part of a collection of about 10 'atrocity' (murder & implied rape) prints, set in the Balkans, usually with Turkish soldiers as the bad guys. These may have been rape erotica disguised as anti-Turkish propaganda. On the web, AMEA (The World Museum of Erotic Art) used to have these images in display page, as a free download.
