Thanks - I'll ask @Madiosi to take a look and consider what we can do,

I've downloaded it and will try, to do it in the archive. But I fear, the file are to big for that (12MB). I must a few days ago made two parts from one (Executions in the Arena) because this reason.

If you look back at post #23 you'll find the original PDF by Normanger and Stepnash. If they are OK with archiving it...
All I did was reformat the PDF as a series of JPG images with the captions inserted into the images. I prefer that format, since you can browse the images at full size and simultaneously read the captions.
