You know, I'm going to count strappado as a stress position.
Since full suspension strappado isn’t so much a stress position as, y'know, torture, pictures of it are most commonly found in art.

You are right, the strappado is indeed a cruel torture, but its effect is by placing the muscles, joints and tendons under high tension!
