Gracias beaucoup, Bob. Bmovievillain doesn’t do much crux, but he’s quite a prolific fellow, and the render below, "Accidents Happen," appeals to my sense of humor.

The first pic below is not a proper crux, but the ancient Roman setting suits this thread nicely.

Then three renders by Hersday, who has appeared on CF and Foundation under several handles. His style isn’t as gritty as I’d like, but I can’t complain about his female bodies and the way they dance on a cross.

Since she is tied and not nailed, it seems to be more of a punishment than an execution. Maybe she is being punished for blasphemy or for spreading rumors about honorable townspeople? (hence the gag)
