Why do the blokes in the previous cartoons always appear in the same robes and look as if they are in their third week of chemotherapy?....speaking of which a really nice neighbour of ours has developed lymphoma. Her neck was distended and she could barely speak but just 48 hours after her first dose the swellings are down and she can speak properly. Apparently there are 30 different types and she has one that responds to treatment...it'll take 6 months though. But, I'm in a good mood.

I suspect that Quoom doesn't put as much effort into his men as he does his women. I've noticed in all his work the men look like manekins while the women are more naturally posed. He probably knows that nobody is really paying any attention to the men.

Glad to hear your friend is expected to recover. In the past year I've lost an old friend & an ex-sister-in-law's mother (whom we all liked better than her daughter) to the Big C. And of course, this past week we lost Patrick Swayze. Cancer sucks.

I tried yesterday to purchase only this complete Quoom series but was directed to a subscription page. I desisted at that point.
A simple purchase of "The Fall of the Barbarian Queen" was all I wanted. Disappointing.
