I didn't expect the Russian Inquisition

This movie isn't Russian; that's sure. It must be Europena, maybe Spanish. Russians never use subtitles, and they don't dub movies. They usually add a second voice (in Russian) but let you hear the original voice in the original language. My problem is that I cannot recognize the original language.

They were posted on the long-dead website "Drawing Palace" under the name Inocentius & Pervertida. I haven't seen a sign of their work since Drawing Palace went under.
