You're going to want them to nail those pretty feet of yours pretty damn quick.
Yes, more pain, but more support for your body too. It makes a big difference. It is possible to hang just by the arms, but it is not easy, breathing is more difficult, breathing deeply is not possible. I don't think you have the upper body strength to raise yourself just with your arms from that position, dear Yupar.
I can do it, but not for very long at all!
