Indeed that is where its from It is Alendro Jodorowsi film ( about 4 vignettes ) one of them ( posted by me) is about Elizabeth Bathory (a.k.a. Blood Countess) a sadist who tortured and murdered over 600 young women. In this scene she is selecting with her aunt, the next victims for the night's killing orgy. Bathory is played by the daughter of famous painter Picasso, Paloma Picasso
