Grinning slave girls showing no respect ? Where is the the whip or the branding iron.....? A bit "plucking" may also be of help

I see nothing wrong with having cheerful slaves, and if it's up to me, there will be limited plucking. When you keep exotic birds, you don't spoil the plumage.

I think she is looking for a slave to be tortured at a party she will give in the evening, just to enjoy her guests. I think she is considering that the slave should ride a wooden pony, while the guests may whip her breasts which of course especially the female guests love to do.
