You are the judge sitting on a council that has final say on the fate of three women before you. In keeping with the laws of the land women are tried in three's. One goes free, one is executed, one becomes the executioner. Now decide who is who from the criminals before you.

1. Aiden; 20 years old, hair black long, green/Amber eyes tattooed, pale white skin, 5'3ft, firm small breasts A cup. Tight body,size 0. Feisty confrontational. Her crime stealing stock from the market.

You decide who is let free? Who is the executioner? Who gets executed and in what style?

I think the other two could share the job of executing her and then be freed and promoted to the permanent execution staff,

Katie must be the executioner, no doubts (well, actually, at last she'll must die too, but why not deceive her for a while with some illusion...)
Aiden as a victim is the most obvious (and most enjoyable, for my taste) choice.
But, if you prefer something different, i suggest a long, exhausting agony for Heather, forcing Aiden to take care of her.

The idea of a long drawn out spectacle of the fit heather surviving on the cross while being abused by the small firm breasted pale Aiden does have its merits!

Katie and Heather must fight. The winner will fight with Aiden.
In the beginning, the match seems well-balanced, but a pair of lucky knocks made Heather in troubles. She becomes slow and unsure, but still fight very well. Anyway, her destiny now is inevitable.
Every new wound makes Heather weaker, and, slowly, Katie conquest her supremacy.
Aiden tries to help her (she knows after Hather's death, she'll be the next) helps her to get up, washes her body, cleans wounds, brings her water.
Finally Heather dies and Katie hangs Aiden on the cross and torture her until she's in point of death, then Aiden is released (and perhaps given to the soliders)

My judgment is:
Katie will be the executioner of the other two.
To Aiden, before being set at liberty will be shaved head, eyebrows and pubic. Tattooed on his forehead "THIEF". The hands and feet will be closed in iron balls, no one can open. Naked will be escorted out of the city without food or water.
Heather will be condemned to the cross to Y overthrown. Katie will nail your feet, bind his hands with a rope slow.
