Here is an idea.
She is naked, wrists suspended from the ceiling, ankles locked in a pillory.
The torturer approaches her, bastinado cane in one hand, feather in the other.
But the torturer stops just short of her...and goes "eenie-meenie-minie-moe-catch-a-piggy-by-the-toe..." etc for what seems, to her, to be an eternity.
Before the torturer has the chance to apply either cane or feather to the soles of her feet, she passes out from the fear and anxiety.
Mind fucks are the best!
