Anime Crucifixion

Go to CruxDreams.com
As far as now I can see no zoomorphs in this thread, although anime genre is full of paws and tails. However the nearby Easter holidays remind me of some cute bunny called Judy Hopps from Zootopia Police Dept. Involved into the serious criminal investigation, she had powerful enemies and few times she was nearly eliminated by the sheeps mafia in the famous Disney studios cartoon. I couldn't stop my imagination, thinking how they could act with her if they lived two millenia earlier and this is the result. And as I haven't found the more proper thread, let me submit this sketch here.

Gosh, I was not the first!
I have just found an earlier depiction of the same fate of our poor bunny girl...

There are a few scattered around my "great Pics" thread (btw I didn't name the thread!)

But thanks for reminding me that this thread is here, time for more

Since I thought this place would be appropriate for this, here's Baramanji's works for the now-defunct website Cross.Lab (or at least all that I could find scouring the internet), first part.

Baramanji's works for Cross.Lab, second part. A couple of these are in the Crux Foundation archive, so that's neat. Fifth to seventh pictures are previews for a doujin comic published by the Cross.Lab circle circa 1999 that is no longer in print (although copies are out there - someone on a Japanese imageboard showed certain pages from it months back).

Thanks, mmmnnn (how do you pronounce that?), for the memories (& the mammaries!). I had forgotten about cross.lab. Spent many happy hours there dissecting how those Japanese language links worked! But the rewards were plentiful. And, for me, what set it apart from so many other Japanese sites were the expressive faces in the artwork.

How can anyone forget cross lab?

This last one is a fond memory

I like to think of it as what happened to the missionary's daughter when the authorities finally moved against her father's church.
