The lady is named Kelli, she featured in a number of crux pics by her partner Arby back on the old Crux group. This picture is a manip based on one of those photos and I don't remember who created it.

Correct, last walk. Galya was an early Makar model.
The X cross is very unusual in Makar's work - this may be the only one he made.

It's an old picture, I've seen copies of it many times over my years online, this one comes from 2006 but I have no idea where it originally came from. My earliest copy dates from around 1999/2000.
