At the end, she fakes dying by being as still as possible. She does an ok job of that. But she hangs her head forward, which would not occur in RL (it would hang to the side).
Here's a GIF of what she does just before "death." Not bad acting (if she is indeed acting).

Yeah,I wonder as well....but i noticed that Alex is really knocking them out at one hell of a pace... whereas Imagemaker can only do one every now and again....it all boils down to cost,y' see...
Also the girls that Alex chooses,to crucify,etc, are SEXY as f××k !!
I've no doubt that one has picked up loads of crux techniques,beforehand,and knows to keep it simple and formulaic !!

A lot of frantic movements for someone near death. You'd think she was freshly crucified and reacting to all the new and fresh agonies of hanging on a cross.

For me, the deciding factor in what makes viewing a crucifixion stimulating is often just the emoting of the model. And that has to involve these:
--writhing
--muscle contractions
--an up-and-down movement (the "dance") if the model is rigged to allow it
--audible moaning/crying/etc. that is not just repetitious
--some heavy breathing
--a certain amount of facial contortion, and
--if possible, genuine sweat (not spray-on oil).
Otherwise, even the most attractive models are not interesting beyond their pin-up quality. (Some of Ramon's girls, for example, are incredibly beautiful, but appear to be bored, or, at best, following a script.)
That's why I like this young lady. She appears in two recent Alex Bald videos, and her acting (if it is acting) is very convincing. I don't have to imagine that she's suffering; I can witness it!
OK, I concede there's no sweat. Nobody's perfect!

I imagine it's hard to profusely sweat when acting unless it's under rigorous conditions. She'll probably begin sweating if left on the cross long enough--probably much longer than she'd be willing to suffer for the art. I assume the copious "sweat" we see on certain models is applied, not excreted. Unmitigated fear or terror is a great inducement for the body to begin sweating. Convince this model that she's really going to hang on the cross for a long time (or until death) and she'll suddenly be popping out sweat all over the place as genuine panic consumes her.

I think you're right--it's not easy to sweat on cue.
In the first screenshot below, model Kristin is sweating (note drip from left armpit) most likely because she is being crucified in a desert setting. It looks quite hot on wide shots of the landscape.
In the second, model Julia is indoors, but it is in a somewhat cramped studio, and she has been wriggling on the cross for a while. I imagine there was no air conditioning (too noisy), and it may have been a warm summer day in Moscow. Under these conditions, most of us might work up a sweat such as she did (note glistening on right armpit and "glow" between breasts).
Which reminds me of an aphorism other old-timers might remember:
Don't ever say a woman sweats. Horses sweat. Men perspire. Women glow.

That pic is from Makar's Glamour Crucifixion, which to my particular taste is the best. Crucifixion. Ever.
I know others may like Ramon's Roman-setting crux, or Red Feline, or Makar's Alice, or many others. And I like all of them and more, but Julia has had me in her thrall for a long time. (I think her vid goes back over 15 years!) And partner Alexandra isn't bad, either. Her low-keyed approach is a nice foil to Julia's emotive struggles.
Here she is at the end of her rope, just before the close of her last session on the cross.

A great hang, as I like to say. Arms stretched and tensed. Shoulders knotted, armpits hollow. Able to push up just enough to take some strain off. Tits up. Just wonderful.
