Seratus Dua – Five Days 3 Hours

Hearing Room CNB Headquarters, Sunday, 8:57 AM
Deputy Director Keefer Williams of the Central Narcotic Bureau looked around the hearing room with satisfaction. It would be a well-controlled affair with complete assurance of the desired outcome.
Notice had been delivered to the US Embassy at six AM. The lethargy of the Embassy staff, especially on the weekend, was well known. It was unlikely that the envelope would even have gotten to Hodges by now. Nothing had been marked urgent, so the staff would surely not disturb him at home on a Sunday. Williams could apologize profusely in the morning for the mixup, but it would be too late.
The presiding judge was Win Hoa Kann, an experienced and compliant drug court justice. Kann was 59 with almost twenty-five years as a judge in this venue. He had long since learned how the game was played. Judges did as the CNB wanted and were rewarded with cushy sinecures. Win was well-known to hand down extreme sentences when the CNB asked. He was looking forward to well-paid retirement in a couple of years.
Keefer had informed Rut Betar Gisber of the trial and the judge, and she, undoubtedly, would have greased the skids.
Williams smiled across at Ahmad bin Ahmad at the prosecutor’s desk. A long-term drug prosecutor, regarded as one of the best, Ahmad knew the drug laws backward and forwards. Given the working relationships the drug prosecutors had with the CNB, he would do everything possible to please the Deputy Director. Keefer had phoned him an hour ago and explained the situation in detail and the desired outcome. Ahmad has assured the Deputy Director that he would deliver.
Sergeant Hoa, though not the sharpest knife in the drawer, was present to testify to witnessing the confession and to Amanda’s lack of cooperation during the interrogations. Keefer, would himself take the lead, if necessary, in presenting the evidence. The only thing missing was the defendant. Williams glanced at the door leading to the holding cells.

Hearing Room CNB Headquarters, Sunday, April 7, 2019, 9:01 AM
As if on cue, the door opened, and Amanda entered, held by two guards and followed by a third. Keefer was again impressed at how attractive the young blonde was. Even her most modest outfit was tight in the right places and showed every curve. Close examination showed her braless nipples pointing through the thin silk blouse. Less obvious, but known to Keefer, was the fact that she was naked under the short skirt. Her sweet young face, sprinkled with light freckles and centered by a cure little button nose, was framed by her pure blonde bob.
Williams congratulated himself on the way they had confined any marks to places that did not show. Other than a pained and harried look in her eyes, there was no indication of any mistreatment.
Amanda looked around the room in wonder. It wasn’t anything like the courtrooms she’d seen. It was relatively small, only 10’ X15,’ At one end was a little raised dais with a desk and an older man in robes and a wig, clearly the judge. To his left, at a smaller desk on the floor, was a gray-haired lady with a steno machine.
At a table, before the judge, sat another older man in a smaller wig, likely the prosecutor. Looking toward the back of the room, she saw the Deputy and the Sergeant. That was all! No Hodges!
The guards placed her in a seat at a small table to the left of the prosecutor.

The stenographer stood. Speaking in a high and rushed voice, she announced, “This Drug Court for the Republic of Singapore is now in session. The honorable Justice Kann is presiding. The Central Narcotics Bureau has brought the case against Amanda Virginia Jones, foreigner, for resisting CNB officers, refusing to cooperate with a CNB investigation, being in possession of over two ounces of cocaine, and being involved in the sale of such narcotic in the Republic.”
The man in the short wig rose and stated, “Ahmad bin Ahmad, appearing for the Republic.”
The judge turned to Amanda and said, “Will the Defendant, please rise and state your name?”
Amanda, restrained and weighed down with heavy chains, struggled to her feet. “Amanda Virginia Jones, your Honor.”
“How do you plead?”
Amanda was still wondering where her attorney was, and trying to grasp the rapidly read charges. Where was Jeffrey?
“I..I…I don’t know. Where is my attorney?”
Williams spoke up. “Miss Jones’s attorney, Jeffrey Hodges, was notified by a letter delivered to the US Embassy this morning, your Honor. He has failed to make an appearance. Here is a receipt signed by the receptionist at the Embassy at 6:01 this morning, three hours ago.” He handed the paper to the clerk.
“But I need my lawyer. I have a right to a lawyer,” cried Amanda in panic.
“Miss Jones,” said the judge in a soothing, fatherly voice. “You indeed have the right to engage an attorney. But if he doesn’t show up, that is hardly the fault of the prosecution. Under the anti-drug statutes, a trial may proceed with a defense attorney absent if the judge believes that sufficient notice has been given and that further delay is not necessary. I believe both. Again, Miss Jones. How do you plead?”
“I…I…Oh my God, I don’t know.”
“Please do not use that kind of language in my court,” said the judge, annoyed. “Guilty or Not Guilty?”
Amanda had no idea what to plead. Finally, she figured it was always better to claim innocence. “Not guilty, your Honor.”
“Indeed?” the judge said, looking as some papers on his desk. Glancing back at Amanda and shaking his head, he repeated, “Indeed?’

With a sigh, he turned to Ahmad. “Very well. Mr. prosecutor, please proceed.”
And the Net closes in on poor Amanda Virginia Jones ... So exciting!

And make each prisoner pent

Seratus Tiga – Five Days 3 Hours

Hearing Room CNB Headquarters, Sunday, April 7, 2019, 9:12 AM
Ahmad stood up and led the court through a detailed description of Amanda’s arrest and the physical evidence found on her by the Parliamentary guards. He submitted an affidavit from the Guards as to the drugs found and the fingerprint evidence.
Then Williams was sworn in and testified to the forensic evidence developed by the CNB and to Amanda’s free and willing confession.
At that point, Justice Kann stopped him, turned to Amanda, and ordered her to rise. She slowly complied, impeded by the chains and shackles.

“Did you sign this confession,” holding up the original.
“Yes, your Honor, but...”
“Simply answer the question, Young Lady. Is the confession true?”
“Mostly.”
“What?” At this point, Win Hoa, known for his volatile temper, almost exploded. “Are you toying with this Court, Miss Jones? You admitted signing the confession. That usually means you believed it was true. Now Maybe? I want the truth from you! This confession that you signed: True or False, Miss Jones!”
“T..true, your Honor.”
“Thank you,” he said with a sarcastic sneer.
“But, your Honor, they forced me to sign!”
Oh, shit, thought Sergeant Hoa. This won’t be good.
Win Hoa Kann stared at the small woman, standing in chains before him. Redness in his face and a pulsing artery on his forehead bespoke the judge’s volcanic temper building. Somehow, he held it in check and spoke in a low, yet highly strained voice.
“Miss Jones. You admit you signed this confession. You just told me in open court that it is true. Now you seem to wish me to consider an unsubstantiated claim that you were forced to sign this true confession. I honestly don’t know what to do with you and your efforts to waste this court's time. I assure you that your rude and uncooperative behavior will be remembered at sentencing. Any matter of you being 'forced' to sign is hereby ruled irrelevant. Be seated!”
He pounded his gavel to end the discussion. Then he turned back to Deputy Williams.
“Mr. Williams, please continue.”

Keefer launched into a recital of Amanda’s detainment and questioning and the death of Agent Rogers. He carefully avoided any reference to the misbehavior of the agents when they first questioned Amanda. However, he did emphasize the fact that she was nude when the Parliamentary Guards found her and that agent Rogers died while interrogating her.
The judge thanked Williams for his testimony and turned to Ahmad. “Anything else, Mr. prosecutor?”

Ahmad cleared his throat and spoke as if in confidence. “Your Honor. I believe that the facts presented, largely attested to by the sworn affidavit of the independent source of the Guards, is enough to prove the case against Miss Jones. Besides, after diligent questioning by Deputy Williams and Sergeant Hoa, the Defendant confessed to the charges, including attempting to seduce agent Rogers, which action, we believe, resulted in his death. The two officers are here to confirm their witnessing of the confession. Do you wish me to call them to testify?
“I doubt that we need to take the time, since the Defendant has confirmed the confession in open court – however petulant the young lady was. William, Xiu Ying, did you witness her signing the confession I have here?” They both said yes. “That’s good enough for me. Anything else, Mr. bin Ahmad?”
“No, your Honor. I believe the case is well proven.”
The judge turned to Amanda, who had been sitting miserably through the presentation. It all had made her sound so bad! What could she say?”
“Miss Jones. Do you have anything to say in your defense? Do you challenge any of the evidence presented?”
“No, your Honor,” she said in a soft, trembling voice. She had no way of challenging anything.
“Or,” he asked with a sneer, “your confession?”
How could she say anything? She had planned to tell the truth, and denying the drugs would be a lie. “No, your Honor,” she said.
“No?” The judge shouted, his temper no longer controllable. “Then why the hell did you plead not guilty?” His fatherly tone had vanished, replaced with one of outrage. Amanda began to weep softly.
“You’ve wasted this court’s time. You shall be sorry for doing that very soon. Defendant is found guilty on all charges.” He pounded his gavel.

Justice Kann continued in a calmer voice. “These charges that have been proven are severe and carry dire penalties. At this time, it is my responsibility to seek any mitigating circumstances that may allow the imposition of milder punishments. I shall do so diligently, despite the contumely already shown by the Defendant.”
“Mr. Prosecutor, do you have recommendations as to reasons for mitigation. Any reasons for this court to show mercy on Miss Jones?”
“None for mitigation, I’m afraid. The Defendant has been uncooperative since the initial search by our agents. She has yet to acknowledge her guilt or express remorse truly. As you have observed, she is still prevaricating concerning her guilt. She has done nothing in the last six days to earn leniency.”
“Miss Jones, can you give this court any reason to show mercy here?”
Amanda’s mind reeled. What could she say? She wasn’t a drug dealer. She hadn’t meant to do any of the things charged.
“Your Honor. I am sorry to be here, and I never intended to break the law. I am only nineteen and have never been arrested before. Please show me mercy!”
“I’m afraid I don’t hear any reasons there that would influence my decision. First-time drug dealers are treated as severely as multiple offenders. We will not allow scum, such as you, to go back and corrupt our youth. You may be young, but you are more than old enough to be responsible for your actions.”
Justice Kann continued, “I also must protect the good citizens of the Republic by seeking out any compounding factors that would argue for a harsher sentence. Mr. Prosecutor, have you any reasons for compounding?”
“Yes, Yor Honor,” replied Ahmad in a voice dripping with feigned sorrow. “I am sad to say that we find several significant compounding factors. She has refused to name others involved in the drug circle. She has refused to cooperate with our investigation in any way. Our agents are convinced that she is shielding other drug-dealing scum. Saddest to report is that it is quite clear that it was by her efforts to bribe and seduce our agents that a valued member of the CNB was lost. Therefore, we are compelled to ask for the maximum possible sentencing.”
“Miss Jones. I give you one last chance to alleviate your guilt and lighten your inevitably harsh sentence. Are you prepared to name other drug dealers?”
“It was all a mistake. I didn’t know it was cocaine. I never meant to hurt anyone. I don’t know any dealers!”

“You just confirmed the prosecution's contention that you show no remorse or cooperation, Miss Jones. My duty here is clear. The Defendant will please rise.” The guards grabbed her arms and jerked her to her feet. Terrified, Amanda was sobbing, tears streaming down her cheeks.

“Amanda Virginia Jones, this court, having found you guilty of the capital crime of dealing narcotics within the Republic, finds no grounds to extend leniency, and finds a pattern of non-cooperation with the Central Narcotic Bureau and attempted bribery by sexual favors, and, most reprehensively, using your sexual charms to contribute to the death of an agent of the CNB. Therefore, I sentence you -

Holy Fuckkkk! Nooooooooo! You cannot stop there ... I need to know what delicious, punishments will be meted out to this delightfully, nubile, unwittingly sexy but very naive young lady! - I loved that PrPr, so much so that I read in twice on the bounce (and use of an excellent word in 'contumely')

I suspect that I will not die alone. How many can be executed together on one stage? Am I about to share a cell on death row with a sniveling ex-cheerleader? Who too is yet to fall before this is over? Oh, the wicked web, PrPr does weave!

Sniveling, she`s suffered the cattle prod and the lash rather than implicate you further.Where`s Mr Ng when he`s needed?

Amanda`s future, now with danger is fraught,
The result of her trial, just as we thought.
There are several ways the sentence can go,
Will she join Barb on the Death Row?
Will she be subjected to a great deal more pain?
Will she suffer the lash of the cane?

I suspect that I will not die alone
Who said you are going to die, Barbara? There's still hope that some hero will ride to the rescue. In fact, I heard a rumor that President Trump was visiting Singapore Friday morning. He might request a complimentary pardon if you perform some 'service' on your knees.

I have not seen anyone notice the connection of the Singapore Trilogy to an earlier story of mine. "The Nude Nurse and the Master fo the Whip" published 2-10-19, had a major supporting role for Barbara Moore. The First Afterword discussed what happened to the characters after the story. I quote precisely
"The Red Cross administrator Barbara Moore seemed to get away with a mild reprimand. Later she just dropped out of sight. She probably slept her way to some cushy job in Singapore or Paris or some such place. You can’t really blame the men."
Prophetic or what?

Seratus Empat – Five Days, 2.5 hours

Hearing Room CNB Headquarters, Sunday, April 7, 2019, 9:29 AM

"Therefore, I sentence you to death,
” said Justice Kann. "Given the heinous nature of your crimes, I specify that execution to be by a combination of impalement and hanging. Sentence to be administered no later than noon this Friday, April 12.”
Amanda gave a little cry and slumped. Had the guards not been holding her arms, she would have fallen to the floor.
“I find it unfortunate that under the sentencing guidelines for the actual charges, that this is the maximum that I can impose. I believe you are morally guilty of the murder of poor James Rogers. I’m sure the pain you have caused to his family and friends is incalculable. For that, if I could, I would sentence you to a severe judicial caning.” Amanda shuddered at the words, shaking her head no, recalling Barb’s punishment.
“However, I can pass along my recommendation to the authorities at the prison, that they subject you to whatever prison correction they deem appropriate for the effective murder of a CNB agent.”
Amanda could only repeat softly, “no” over and over again.

“Deputy Williams, I give you 24 hours to further interrogate the prisoner. Though I doubt, with her recalcitrance, you will accomplish much. If, on the off chance that she does cooperate, I will gladly consider a reduction of her sentence.”
“Yes, Your Honor.”
“In any case, please have Miss Jones delivered to the custody of the Commandant of Changi Prison, no later than noon tomorrow. Guards, please take the bitch, I mean, ‘Defendant,’ away.”
“This court is adjourned.” He banged his gavel as the guards drew Amanda, crying and pleading, from the room.
The whole affair had taken just under thirty minutes.

Williams turned to Hoa.
“Interrogation Room B at 3 PM. Alert the electrician that we will require his services.”
“Yes, Sir,” snapped the Sergeant.
“And the medic.”
"Yes, Sir."
"And I will bring a guest."

Holding Cell CNB Headquarters, Sunday, April 7, 2019, 10:00 AM
When they had put Amanda back in her cell, the guards did not remove her shackles. So, cuffed, chained, and hobbled, she had awkwardly collapsed on her cot. She rolled onto her side and sobbed uncontrollably. Fear, confusion, and despair overwhelmed the tired and beaten girl. For a long while, she could not think at all but just cried and cried.

Infirmary, Changi Prison, Sunday, 11:00 AM
Dr. Liú finished changing the dressings on Barbara’s butt. The healing over the last twenty-four hours has been excellent, she thought. Fortunately, though she’d been told to have Barbara ready for ‘work’ first thing in the morning, no one had yet come for her.
After she finished her treatment, she sat and talked with her patient. Chunhua found the conversation most pleasant. Barbara was full of gratitude for her care and was very philosophical about her fate. Chunhua refused to discuss the means of execution. She said that Barbara had best not know until the time came.
As they sat and talked over a wide range of things, Dr. Liú was most impressed by Barb’s deep and firm understanding of many topics. The Doctor thought to herself that it would be a tragic loss when this woman was executed

Marina Bay Sands Singapore, Sunday 11:55 PM

Hodges was staying another night at the hotel, so he didn’t need to hurry to check out after his very late night Saturday. He and Trixie arose late and slowly, ordered and enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast from room service, and spent the rest of the morning in intimate contact.

At noon, Trixie said she needed to go home and got dressed and prepared to leave. To her surprise, Jeffrey insisted on escorting her downstairs and out the main entrance to a taxi. They shared a last, warm kiss, and he then helped her into the cab.
Trixie was blown away by his gallant manners. Most men she’d known hadn’t had much interest in impressing a girl after they’d gotten what they were after. The boys in Branchwater dropped her off at the trailer park without any move to show affection or help her out. They just sat, impatiently as she kissed them on the cheek and climbed down out of the lifted pickup, impossibly high on massive tires, making her crawl down the side to find the ground. In Trixie’s experience, those boys with the big trucks all seemed to chew dip, start fights, and have tiny dicks. So different than Jeffrey.

Jeffrey went back to his room to get some rest before his dinner appointment that evening.

Neither Jeffrey nor Trixie noticed the two suited men lingering in the lobby, snapping surreptitious photos, nor the black van, which pulled out to trail the taxi.

Infirmary, Changi Prison, Sunday, April 7, Noon
By midday Sunday, Barbara had only dull, aching pain and was moving freely around the infirmary. Dr. Liú had gone home for a much needed and deserved rest. Aisha, the ever-cheerful nurse, had been left to watch Barbara. Moore soon tired of the chatty, upbeat drivel coming from the tiny Malay, but uncharacteristically refrained from expressing her trademark cutting sarcasm. The fact of her execution in only five days was keeping her mind occupied, despite the omnipresent chatter.
Just after noon, Chief Guard Imran Awang appeared with two other guards. Chunhua had told her that she would be returning to her cell today. The Doctor had also promised that she would visit her frequently to oversee that rest of her recovery.
“Relax, Princess,” Imran said in his usual dismissive tone. “We have to take you to your cell, but it will be most gently.” He gestured to the others who cuffed her hands behind her and attached ankle fetters. But there was no hood, and they left her wearing the hospital gown, not stripping her naked as was their recent custom.
“Your lawyer has intervened with the Commandant on your behalf to improve your treatment. We are instructed to handle you with ‘kid gloves,’ for now.”
He did attach her leather collar with the leash, but did not force her onto all fours. Instead, he led her, walking on her feet and amazed, out of the infirmary and into the hall.

SENTENCED TO DEATH! Damn, I really was not expecting that! Wow PrPr ... what a showpiece awaits the select few who will be fortunate enough to watch this horrifically erotic spectacle! And I am delighted that Barb is feeling more comfortable just in time for her execution! Meanwhile, unaware of the fact they are being observed, Father-to-be Jeffrey, and Trailer-Park-Trixie enjoy the luxurious delights of a fine hotel ...

Wonderful as always ...

"Therefore, I sentence you to death,” said Justice Kann. "Given the heinous nature of your crimes, I specify that execution to be by a combination of impalement and hanging. Sentence to be administered no later than noon this Friday, April 12.”

OMG ... is that the same day as my own impending execution? Shit! PrPr is planning to have Amanda and me executed together, simultaneously on the very same stage!!!! A doubleheader attraction, as they say in the baseball world. I wonder if that raises the price of admission? See two American criminal bitches get what’s coming to them for the price of one special premium ticket.

Sounds like a BOGOF to me!

Now Amanda`s been sentenced to death,
Soon she`ll be drawing her last breath.
The end that she must endure,
Is the same as Barbara Moore.
Now that her fate has been sealed,
Will her cute little butt end up being wealed?
To further add to her pains,
She`s going to be wired to the mains.
