Original Manipulations by Cruxforums Members

I was much moved by Priscilla, in Juan's compelling tale of Talbus the Guard.

Juan 1234 tells us of “Priscilla: Murderess and Adulteress” Yes, she had poisoned her abusive husband and slept with another man. As she was not a citizen, the magistrate condemned her to the cross.

Juan tells how Talbus greeted her in the morning:

“Good morning, Priscilla. Now you were just crucified yesterday, right?” The fit middle-aged woman hung in a visibly uncomfortable way, as if she were caught poised to leap from the cross, and had been nailed in that intermediate position, never to complete the leap nor to give it up. Her arms were taut, belly stretched, legs bent a little, nailed to either side of the vertical beam so that there was nothing she could do to avoid exhibiting her naked vulva to all who passed by. Her weary face as she nodded to Talbus showed her shame in this, along with her agony and exhaustion. “Well,” Talbus continued, “Each morning I’ll give you a little morning wash to help keep you healthy.”

Priscilla didn’t answer. She just turned her head away in shame, and resignation as Talbus set to work.

What did I do to you?
That you should hurt me so?
Please say – what did I do?
Oh, will I ever know?

You ambushed me today
Upon my journey home
Six soldiers barred my way
And I was quite alone!

Although my fight was brave
My sword flashed in the air
Though two went to their grave
I never had a prayer.

And then, with swearing crude
You pulled my clothes from me
Soon I was in the nude
For everyone to see.

You dragged me to a post
My wrists in iron grips
“Take this!” I heard you boast
And then I felt your whips.

A heavy beam of wood
You placed upon my back
And, though I barely could
I brought it up this track.

To where an upright beam
Was planted in the ground
And then, with fear, I screamed –
You roughly turned me round.

With force you pushed me down.
My pain, already great
I lay there on the ground
And waited for my fate.

You stretched my arms out wide
I saw your cruel nails.
As I was crucified
I screamed and gasped and wailed.

You lifted me up high
You nailed my feet in place
Just hanging, till I die
With pain etched in my face.

What did I do to you?
That you should hurt me so?
Please say – what did I do?
No, I will never know.

Knowing a name ... so important! One must strive to be sociable, I always say!

Wow, Wragg! So many goodies!

Occasionally, I also commit the sin of photomanipulations. Just for the fun.
Because I only use basic equipment, I try to work towards black and white, because that is easier to manipulate elements from different origin, with their own intensity, contrast, lighting, etc... They get easier blended in B&W. As background I often use old B&W postcards. It keeps it simple, and intended to give the impression of an old photograph. For instance this example, of a crucifixion of westerners in an oriental country. Victims of a rebellion or so, or because they commited blasphemy or another crime.
Very amateur art work, as required.;)
Let me know, Wragg, if this fits in the purpose of this thread. I had already envisaged to start one on my own, but my production rate is too slow and irregular to keep it running.

Perfect, Lox! Sin away, my friend! :)

This is a wonderful concept for a manipulations thread - thank you Wragg! As a result of my DeviantArt ban, most of my manips which were externally hosted on that site have now disappeared from Cruxforums, including a recent contribution to 'Fit, Lovely Ladies Crucified'. But I have taken the opportunity to improve some details of that manipulation prior to reposting it here.

When members expressed a desire to see a plaster cast of Alice as a church crucifix, I adapted one of her 'Ivdaea Capta' poses, originally sourced from Femjoy's Crimean Coastal series, 'Droplets on my Skin'. The result is now the latest version of 'Alicia Ecclesiastica' -
