This film is from Insex (year 2002) and its title is "Wet". The bondage porn star is konwn in Insex collection as "Seven", and is the beautiful and hot milf Petal Benson aka Adrianna Nicole.

The water torture scene is amazing because Adriana is tied up to a tractor wheel. So she is fully defenless while pd makes her to be dept in water and tortures her tits with electric shocks. There is a "medieval manipulation" of this scene by Damian. The difference is that bathtub where Adriana is dept is on fire so that it is suposed the water is about to boil. Likewise instead of using electricity, the woman is tortured with pliers,... perhaps red hot. A hooden executioner is now torturing Adrianna´s pussy, and as her breasts have pairs of wounds, she is suposed to have been tortured in her fleshy tits as well. Damian shows a convincing medieval torture chamber atmosphere. The beautiful naked body of Adriana and her pain scream are also quite convincing.

You can imagine that the girl is a castle cook helper. She has been falsely accused of trying to poison the castle earl and sentenced to "boling to death" punishment, and while the water is heating she is enduring preparatory tortures.
