After consulting the updated Papyrus document that governs the well-being and treatment of enslaved Galley Girls.
Article 5,Subsection B(2) :
"Under no circumstances will Slaves be permitted any means of a break in their labour,if it is decreed that the journey,so undertaken is behind,said,schedule...."
"However,refreshments may be provided,if deemed appropriate,and not conducive to any further delay."
But.....
"Any indescretion will be punished most
severely, at the owner's pleasure. If seen fit."

I have always liked the idea of punishing free and formerly powerful and rich women, in front of other slaves and whores of the lowest consideration. I can imagine the humiliation and helplessness they must feel.
Does anyone know where the complete series can be found?

BARBed tails are only for the most recalcitrant, defiant, argumentative and verbally abusive galley slaves. They obviously need MOORE punishment

The cat is an excellent choice for regular whipping of slaves because it is less likely to break the skin if used correctly. A single tail, especially a bullwhip is arguably much harsher because it cuts more deeply. Adding Moore barbs changes the equation obviously…

I’ve not seen this first one before, it’s very stirring and tge vignette is great. I have no idea if he wrote them. It took some digging to find these 3, I think he’s my favourite artist for galley slave pictures.
