In the city a new cabaret has opened, the Cabaret Destrutione. It will be the first open theater after a long time the city municipal stopped all events after a long and cruel epidemic. The show will be improved musically by the hard harmonist and Mister A and Lady E will introduce the show acts.

The others were nipping on the glass of champagne that was offered by the stewards and stewardesses of the theater. Those were dressed the way we know from Hooters. However the breast of the females were totally free. The male stewards had jockstraps in the orange of hooters, some had trunks in those colors, but the mid part was cut out, at least when the steward was well-endowed.
The the light went off, two spots appeared in the left Mister A and on the right Lady E. They were both dressed in formal clothing, holding a microphone. Mister A had a silver shimmering cylinder on the head, while Lady E's dress was silver. 'Ladies', started Mister A 'and Gentlemen', continued Lady E, 'welcome to the new opening of the Cabaret, cabaret destrutione, where the art of human destruction is celebrated in daily new sensations.'
The band hidden somewhat before the tribune started playing “we are the champions” an old hymn from a forgotten group called Queen.
'We start with the sensation of the sensations', shouts Lady E.
'Vlad the crucifier, from vladistan will crucify', whispers mister A in the microphone, 'it will be cruel, do not phase out.' The stage curtain falls and the band starts playing 'cruel summer' of the band orangerama or so, the details of that band were lost in the last big computer crash in 2069. Two girls dance before the curtain, one has a dark Nubian skin and is bar breasted with a straw skirt. The other has red hair and wears only a blue pullover, her legs and privates show no hair. The band plays louder and Vlad the crucifier steps on the tribune. He wears blue-ripped trousers in the form known today as obelixis. He is shirtless and his upper body is clearly one of a bodybuilder. With his arms he moves up and also the curtain goes up.
A whisper goes through the audience. On the stage we see two wooden crosses with sediles. In between there is a turnable round podest with about 1 meter diameter. Vlad jumps on that podest and stand in the middle of it with spread legs and his arms outstretched and his hands building a fist. The band pays an fanfare and Vlad shouts; “Bring in the spear.” The two girls run behind the stage and come back not with a spear but with an about 3 m long rod. On the tip of the rod there is a small ball a little larger than the diameter of the rod. Every 20 cm there is another ball along the rod, The girls handle the rod to Vlad. He takes it in his left hand, and looks straight up. He swallows the small ball and slowly put it down his throat till the first ball, a red one. The two girl turn around slowly the podest while the pole is kept vertically. After two turns Vlad swallows the red ball till the next one a yellow ball. Again two turns and Vlad swallows another 20 cm to the blue ball, a whispering goes to the audience and Vlad is turned again.
Lady E steps from the side on to the stage. 'Please be silent, now comes action where Vlad and his lovely assistants Blacky and Redy must concentrate.' With that she steps down from the stage and takes a seat in the audience.
Vlad goes slowly on his knees, while his assistants hold the pole. Slowly he lowers himself till the pole is vertical and he is on his knees and his arms hold him vertically. The two assistants grasp the pole and turn him with the podest like two sailors lifting the anchor. The audience begin to applaud. After a few turns they stop. Vlad present his backside to the audience, while Blacky keep the pole. Redy stands on his left side looking down to Vlads ass.
The drumm begins to play and it seems that Blacky pushes in the pole to the next ball an orange one. Vlad begins to cry and shouts 'Okay, wait'. Redy jumps from the podest and turns it around so the orange ball in the open mouth of Vlad can be seen. After 360 degrees she stops the podest and she jumps again on it.
To the horror of the audience, Blacky seems to push in the next ball. Fascinated they see that Vlads trouser seem to bulp between his ass cheeks. 'Now,' caws Vlad and she gives a little slab on his ass and the bulge dissapears.
The drums begin to play again. 'Now,' caws Vlad again and she pulls on the trousers of Vlad which split the way as those of male strippers. Vlad is now butt naked on the podium. The audience begin to applaud, while he is turned again. Now he has swallowed even more and the spot exposes his impressive dick and balls while he is turned around.
As the audience becomes silence again, Redy stops the turn again in the position of exposing his backside. 'Push Blacky', Vlad orders to the surprise of the audience, which she starts doing slowly.
Redy stands up spreading the ass cheeks of Vlad and slowly the silver ball and after a while the red ball also appears accompanied by a scream of Vlad due to his tortured sphincter muscle. Naturally, this story was inspired by the silly art of sword eating and my life with 600 lb. Indeed what Vlad did is not that dangerous as it seemed. I suggest that he underwent 2 somewhat quite standard operation and an additional one which bypasses (it could not be eliminated in my opinion, but I am chemist not doctor) the small intestine, see pic:
