I don't remember who did the manip you posted, but the magazine cover in it was originally by Olivier Hufkens, around 2002. My ears aren't really quite that big.
Anyone know what he is up to these days?

It's a great pic! I think I would be the girl with the noose around her neck, contemplating her imminent fate as the guard-girl with the clipboard asks her whether I have any last words. I don't. I am on the verge of tears. And I know my sisters lined up in the hall will soon follow. "Pull the lever, please. I can't bear this any longer. Get it over with!"

well, in the movie they just bark and bark, nothing else is shown
but later on a rodent gets very intimate with a girl
