Thanks for your comment. It gives me the opportunity to go into more detail about the image.That's one of those moments when I hate the limits in the palette of emotions available to 3D creators. Maybe G9 figures will be better able to convey the desperate struggle for air of a garroted victim.
A believable torture by strangulation is quite feasible with a G8F. Even better with a G8.1F. The agony of the strangulation or the shortness of breath does not come across in this picture because there is no brutal shortness of breath here.
In this picture, a quite common sexual practice of breath control is shown. Or rather, I hope to show it.

I made this image as a follow-up to "Breath Control Play". In this image, the garotting was sexually oriented and consensual among the participants.
In the follow-up image, the garotting is depicted as an execution, and it is done with a strangulation garrote. In this image, sexual pleasure is not depicted, but rather the death throes of the victim. I got the idea of the representation by a comment of doe1971.
