First day of a female German student in a South American military dictatorship. At the airport, she asks a woman for directions. The woman is a well-known socialist and is being watched by the secret service. Since the German does not speak Spanish very well, the two talk for almost half an hour, gesticulating a lot.

The secret service arrests the two as subversive communists and taked them to a secret prison.

2CV does not stand for the number of cylinders. It is an old name for the car tax in France. I don't know if the French still use this designation today. But regardless of this designation, you are right. This gigantic aggregate in the 2CV has actually two cylinders.
