If one gets the idea that crucifixion means "fucked by the state" the dildo form seems mandatory, cornu naturaly would be to interpreted as a horn, so one would use the form of an animal horn. I personaly do not know what can be done savely, but when I look at the physiology it might be somewhat larger than the real
erected penis, which might be around 15 cm in normal cases. So we might end up by ybout 20 cm dildos, however you can train yourself. I had never pain problems with anal sex, but one of my lovers said that I am extremly huge, so I do not know how is your situatuon their.

You also note, that the vagina goes straight in while there seems a little bit of a curve around the sphincter muscle. I supose, that (you know I do not belive in evolution, but a creation), that the anal colum is actualy constructed to let a penis like object into the "backdoor".
