I'm thinking of a slight redesign of the foot rests...
Purely for the sake of "comfort" and endurance .

BREAKING NEWS......
The new 'X'-style Cross is up.....!!
It's basically done,apart from the footrests,which just need tweaking.
I've briefly tested it,seems legit.

The reason for the redesign of the foot rest,is that, having experienced standing "crucified" upon them (when I used the 'T'- style Cross) I noticed that it hurts the soles of my feet if they're too narrow,after a short length of time.
A fatter/wider foot rest will (or,should) enable the "condemned" to remain on the Cross for longer periods.....
It's KINKY,not a punishment.....lol !!

The 'X'- Cross will definitely stretch you out !!
( I had a quick test,without the footrests...using leather wrist cuffs hooked to the beams...hmmm)
Very little room for manoeuvre. "Nice !!"

Been busy,the last couple of days,( until "Madam" came home....dammit !! )
All the while,staying in character/tradition,by wearing my loincloth under my clothes 
Had a couple of blood-letting moments,oops.
Lots of cutting,drilling,hammering,test-fitting and swearing !!
Here's a few pics.....

The attachment Hooks * and Rings in place....(repeat,other side)
Central "Cornu" attachment place.
(Have since made a deeper one....)
Rear locking- beam in place....
Sustenance for the hard- working slave...
An "OUCH !!" moment.....lol.
* Hooks ARE height-adjustable.....

UPDATE :
I was rather bored,and anxious to show-off my latest crucifixion-device handiwork.
So i decided to cast caution to the wind,,and treat y'all to a NEW Photoshoot....*
(Starring,yours truly,and the 'X'-Cross.....)
Please note,there is still work to be done,so it's 90% finished.
*Due to my new phone not having a repeat function, when on timer,I couldn't shoot as many pictures as I'd like to have done....!! "What a bummer !!"
