Well, let's not pretend that Phoebe Cates was a great actress, because she was not, but she was and is apparently a very nice person, and she did capitalize on how good she looked on screen, especially without clothes.
What seems weird to me is that, despite all the video and still image footage out there of Phoebe Cates genuinely nude, there are still fakes out there. You wouldn't think anyone would need fakes of her.
I really am surprised that any such fakes exist. So I googled "phoebe cates deepfakes," found some, and they’re amazingly unworth the effort, either to make or even to look at.
Yes. It's not even like they're good fakes. Someone actually took the time to knock up some really poor ones.
